What problems is 360 Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were initially storing all the info manually and informally, through 360 suite we integrated everything and now e have 360 view of all the info either came through email or call and we can store at one place and can track the things too. Also it's helping sales to improve the efficiency and saving the time with which they can do something more better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
