What do you like best about 2ask?

I mainly use 2ask to collect structured survey responses and organize feedback for data analysis. The performance makes gathering information simple, and it’s easy for me to export results so I can run my own queries and track trends over time. I also use their Ai intelligence feature to better understand our internal team’s day-to-day process operations and improve efficiency by collecting individual responses about our workflows.

The best part is the pricing and ROI, along with how effortless it is to set up a form and get immediate, organized responses from the team. The clean layout means nobody gets confused when filling it out, and I can quickly access backend data to track our daily workflow trends. I also like the feature library because we share standard templates, and using skip logic keeps forms short and relevant for everyone. On top of that, the report designer helps me export clean data more easily for my SQL queries when I’m analyzing trends. Overall, it’s pretty easy to sign up and create a survey. What do you dislike about 2ask?

Honestly, having to manually export data is a bit annoying. It would be great to have direct database integration and custom export formats for my SQL queries. Also, the skip logic UI is a little clunky, and it could really use a simple drag and drop builder. Honestly, just adding an API to push data directly to my database would be amazing. Also, making the backend form builder a bit more mobile-friendly would really improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
