What do you like best about 20i?

I like that 20i offers both email hosting and domain services in the same control panel, which is convenient. I appreciate how clean the interface is, making it easy to navigate. It's also easy to talk to support, which I find helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 20i?

I think the email pricing could be better. I would prefer a smaller package with cheaper pricing, such as lower storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
