What problems is 1ntegrate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our processes working with clients were slow moving and all over the place. We were working out of many programs to meet client needs. From Slack, to FreshDesk, Google Docs, and more. It felt impossible to keep track of every step in our process. The 1ntegrate team came in and reviewed our process. From there, they provided us a very innovative and efficient process integration which has been a breeze to work with upon implementation. Our implementation period was seamless and we have been able to provide feedback that is met with enthusiasm to ensure we have the best process possible. Now we are meeting client demands at a much faster rate and accomplishing so much more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
