1mind has a great Customer Success team that helps ensure you are properly onboarded onto the platform and optimize alongside you. Their team helped guide through a complex implementation with both hands on support and scalability. 1Mind continues to improve from a product functionality and the vision they are building for a fully autonomous workflow is very exciting to see.
