What do you like best about 1CRM?

For our Hamburg tax practice, its built-in alignment with German fiscal regulations is its biggest strength. All client tax files, quotation records and consultation logs reside entirely on EU servers, eliminating any regulatory risk of cross-border data transfers under GDPR. Its granular role-based access controls let me strictly segregate sensitive financial data: junior admin staff only get read-only entry to basic contact details, while senior accountants hold full editing rights to profit statements and VAT documents. Every single modification, invoice upload or client note generates permanent, uneditable timestamped audit trails that local Finanzamt auditors accept as-is with zero extra formatting work. The full German-language interface also cuts onboarding time for new tax clerks and minimizes daily support questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

There is no native two-way API connection compatible with our GoBD-certified German accounting ERP. Each month-end closing, I manually copy over customer invoice records, revenue figures and payment data between platforms, a slow, error-prone process that eats up several work hours. Permission management is extremely tedious without a bulk editing feature. Whenever we hire new junior tax specialists or restructure internal teams, I have to manually adjust access settings for every individual user profile one by one. The system’s default audit output templates do not follow the standardized archive layout required by German tax authorities, so I always spend extra time restructuring exported log files ahead of official Finanzamt inspections.
