What do you like best about 1CRM?

Most major CRMs require an expensive integration or an entirely separate app to handle the money side of things. 1CRM includes robust Order Management right out of the box. You can create quotes, turn those quotes into invoices, track sales orders, and even manage supplier bills and product inventories without leaving the ecosystem. What do you dislike about 1CRM?

The user interface (UI) can feel like a throwback to the software designs of the early 2010s. Because it packs so much data onto a single screen, the dashboards and menus often look cluttered, dense, and utilitarian. Compared to the slick, minimalist, and highly intuitive interfaces of modern competitors like HubSpot or Monday.com, 1CRM has a much steeper learning curve for teams to adopt willingly.
