What do you like best about 17hats?

I find the Workflows feature the most helpful, especially because it includes templates for repeatable processes that I can easily communicate to my clients. What do you dislike about 17hats?

The biggest thing I’d love to see improved is reporting and analytics. I use 17hats pretty extensively and would love an easier way to see deeper insights into my leads, conversions, revenue, and where clients are throughout the customer journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 17hats solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, I would write emails manually via Gmail and copy and paste templates from Google Drive. Client information would be all over the place and stored in seperate areas, and things would fall through the cracks because it would rely on me having to remember things and take so much time out of the day.
