What do you like best about 17hats?

What I like best about 17hats is that it brings every part of my client experience into one organized system. From inquiries and questionnaires to quotes, contracts, invoices, scheduling, and automated workflows, I can manage the entire process without constantly switching between different platforms.

As a family-owned photography and videography business, staying organized is essential, but maintaining a personal connection with our clients is equally important. 17hats helps us automate the repetitive administrative tasks while still allowing our communication to feel warm, customized, and personal. It gives me more time to focus on serving our clients, planning their experience, and creating meaningful work rather than chasing paperwork or trying to remember every follow-up.

I especially appreciate the workflows because they help us remain consistent and make sure no important step is overlooked. What do you dislike about 17hats?

the learning curve took me a little bit but I knew that coming in but once on i got it and continue learning and loved it more and more as it solve more and more issues, perhaps the output design could be more done up like other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 17hats solving and how is that benefiting you?

17hats solves the challenge of managing many moving parts across our photography and videography business. Before using one centralized system, client information, emails, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, schedules, and follow-ups could easily become scattered across different platforms. That creates more administrative work and increases the risk of missing an important step.

With 17hats, we can manage the client journey in one place. Automated workflows help us send documents, reminders, questionnaires, and follow-ups at the appropriate time, while keeping each project organized from the initial inquiry through final delivery.

This benefits us by saving time, reducing repetitive tasks, improving consistency, and giving us a clearer view of every client and project. It also creates a more professional and seamless experience for our clients. Most importantly, it allows us to spend less time managing paperwork and more time building relationships, planning meaningful experiences, and producing the photography and films our clients hired us to create.
