## 15Five Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive, Fast to Roll Out, and Backed by Exceptionally Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dollie B. | Senior UX Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The platform’s intuitiveness is its biggest strength. It feels natural for both our employees and the management team, which made the rollout across departments impressively smooth. Implementation was fast and didn’t require much heavy lifting from IT. I’ve worked it into my daily routine for check-ins and goal tracking, and customer support has been exceptionally responsive whenever we’ve run into a snag. The mix of features—from performance reviews to engagement surveys—offers a well-rounded toolkit without making the interface feel cluttered or overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some features feel a bit restricted unless you’re willing to move up to a higher-tier plan. Although the core functionality is excellent, we’ve occasionally run into situations where an advanced customization or reporting option was locked behind a more expensive version. I think offering a little more flexibility—especially around custom field labels—at the standard level would go a long way toward making the tool feel better tailored to our unique internal workflows.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has effectively bridged the gap caused by the inconsistent communication that used to plague our remote-first team. By standardizing regular check-ins and offering a clear framework for aligning goals, it has helped build a culture of transparency that simply wasn’t there before. This ongoing feedback loop hasn’t just boosted our overall engagement scores; it has also tangibly improved team performance, because everyone is now moving in the same direction with a shared understanding of our priorities.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Dollie, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We’re so glad to hear the platform has felt intuitive for both employees and managers, and that your rollout process was smooth and easy to implement across teams. It’s also great to know that features like check-ins, goal tracking, reviews, and engagement surveys have become part of your daily workflow without adding unnecessary complexity.

We also appreciate your honest feedback around pricing tiers and customization flexibility. We understand how important it is for teams to tailor workflows and reporting to fit their organization’s unique needs and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue improving the experience across plans.

Thanks again for being a 15Five partner!

  ### 2. 15Five Makes Performance Conversations Human and Keeps Goals Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfred M. | People Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I really appreciate how 15Five strips away the usual corporate heaviness from performance management, so conversations feel genuinely human and straightforward. Having our weekly check-ins, OKRs, and recognition all centralized in one dashboard has been a huge time-saver. It helps keep the whole team aligned around our high-level goals, without the process turning into a tedious HR compliance exercise that just ticks boxes.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The initial setup can feel pretty overwhelming without proper onboarding, especially because nearly all features are enabled by default. For a fast-moving team trying to stay lean, that makes the platform feel unnecessarily process-heavy right from the start. I would have preferred a more phased rollout, where we could activate features gradually and only when we were ready to use them effectively.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It effectively tackles the ongoing problem of inconsistent feedback and misalignment between managers and their direct reports. By putting in place a consistent, predictable cadence for goal tracking and one-on-ones, we’ve been able to shift our culture from purely reactive to more proactive. We can now surface potential blockers and team frustrations earlier in the cycle, which makes the feedback we give far more actionable and constructive.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Alfred, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with 15Five. We’re so glad to hear the platform has helped create a more approachable and meaningful performance management experience for your team. It’s especially great to know that having check-ins, goals, and recognition in one place has helped keep everyone aligned without adding unnecessary complexity or administrative overhead.

We also appreciate your thoughtful feedback around onboarding and feature rollout. We understand how enabling a wide range of functionality upfront can feel overwhelming for teams that are trying to stay agile and focused. Your suggestion around a more phased, gradual activation experience is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to share this with our product and onboarding teams as we continue working to make implementation feel more intuitive and tailored to each organization’s pace and needs.

Thanks again for the feedback and for being a part of the 15Five community!

  ### 3. 15Five Keeps Goal Tracking and Team Updates Lightweight and Visible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donn B. | Growth Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I really appreciate how 15Five provides a consistent, lightweight framework for sharing updates and tracking our progress toward quarterly goals. It keeps the communication loop open and moving without the process feeling heavy or time-consuming. It’s also been a great way to maintain visibility into what the rest of the team is working on, without having to schedule constant sync meetings that would otherwise interrupt our actual work.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

While the system is efficient overall, some of the recurring check-in questions start to feel repetitive after several months of use. I’d really appreciate more variety, or an option to automatically rotate through different prompts, so the reflection process stays fresh and engaging. Without that added customization, the check-in can sometimes come across as a routine chore instead of a thoughtful opportunity for growth and genuine team connection.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform addresses the ongoing issue of goal misalignment and the lack of visibility into project blockers. Having a central place to surface these challenges and share clear status updates helps me stay closely aligned with our team’s priorities. It has also helped me get the support I need much faster, which has noticeably improved our team’s execution and follow-through on key initiatives across the entire department.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Donn, thank you for taking the time to review 15Five! We’re so glad to hear the platform has helped create a more seamless way for your team to stay aligned and connected without adding extra overhead to the workday. It’s especially great to hear that the visibility across teams has helped reduce the need for constant sync meetings while still keeping communication flowing.

We also really appreciate your perspective on the check-in experience over time. Keeping reflections meaningful and engaging is incredibly important, and your feedback around adding more variety and customization to recurring prompts is valuable. We’ll be sure to share this with our product team!

I also wanted to let you know that we offer the option to rotate check-in questions using the question bank. You may need to coordinate setting this up with your 15Five Admin, but we are also always here to help. I am including a few articles below that you may find helpful:

  ### 4. Weekly Check-Ins and 1:1 Agendas Transformed Our Meeting Culture

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myron L. | Senior Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The weekly check in and the 1 on 1 agenda tools have truly transformed our meeting culture. Both managers and employees arrive irritated with a clear outline, which keep our conversation focused and much more productive than they were previously. In also really value the real time recognition features.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The reporting suite has a bit of a learning curve, and it can take some time for new users to figure out exactly where the deep-dive analytics are located. While the data is high quality, the navigation within the reporting tab could be more intuitive. I also believe the platform could benefit from more flexible customisation options for the internal engagement surveys.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing this, we struggled to maintain consistent visibility into employee sentiment across different departments. 15five solved this by providing a structured way to gather regular feedback and track engagement trends. It has empowered our managers to identify and address team concerns early, which has significantly improved our internal problem-solving and overall team morale.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Myron, thanks for sharing your feedback on 15Five! It’s great to hear that your team’s meetings have become more focused and productive, and that the platform is helping create better structure and recognition in your day-to-day work.

We also appreciate your thoughts on areas we can improve. We understand how important it is for a tool to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, and that's the experience we aim to provide our users. Customization is also top of mind as we know that flexibility and being able to tailor reporting to meet your team's needs is extremely valuable. We will be sure to share this with our product team as we continue to iterate on the 15Five experience.

Thanks again for taking the time to write a review!

Having our weekly check-ins, OKRs, and recognition all centralized in a single dashboard has been a huge time-saver and keeps everything easy to find in one place.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It effectively tackles the ongoing problem of inconsistent feedback and misalignment between managers and their direct reports. By putting in place a consistent, predictable cadence for goal tracking and one-on-ones, we’ve been able to shift our culture from purely reactive to more proactive and intentional.

  ### 6. Revolutionized Our Team Performance Tracking with 15Five!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh K. | Senior Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I use 15Five in my organization for goal setting, reviewing, and tracking the performance of my team members. 15Five has really helped streamline getting weekly updates from my team, which was previously a bottleneck. I can easily set up one-on-one discussions, which gives me visibility into my team's progress. One of the best parts that I like about 15Five is monitoring my team's engagement with the pulse survey. It's very innovative and easy to use. I share feedback with each team member through pulse surveys, and it doesn't feel like a burden to participate, so almost every team member joins in, making the performance management process more effective. I've heard the setup was easy, and the customer service team is very responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I feel it would be better if the application allows more customizations in the pulse surveys.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 15Five for goal setting and performance tracking. It streamlines getting weekly updates and lets me set up one-on-one discussions with my team, giving me visibility into their progress.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Ganesh, thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear how 15Five is helping you streamline weekly updates, run more effective 1:1s, and stay closely connected to your team’s engagement. Creating that kind of visibility without adding extra burden is exactly what we aim for, so it’s really meaningful to hear that your team is actively participating and finding value in the pulse surveys.

We also appreciate your feedback on offering more customization within the platform. We know how important it is for teams to tailor surveys to their unique needs, and that’s something we’re continuing to explore. We'll be sure to pass this feedback along to our product team.

Thanks again for your review!

  ### 7. Simple and well structured tool for continuous performance and task management.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajal S. | Quality Assurance Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The main objective of using this software is to manage people in our organisation, it's weekly check ins and 1 on 1 tool helping us to keep communication consistant and helps manager and employees to stay on the same page and the goral setting OKR tracking feature make it clear what need to be achieved and keep everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It's little bit complex when you first start using it because there are so many features. But after spending some time with it, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The features I find most valuable is the weekly check-ins, as they make communication simple, regular, and natural rather than forced and also track task easily on which i am working. They allow employees to easily share updates and challenges, which helps managers stay informed and provide timely support.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Kajal, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! It’s great to hear that the platform is helping your team stay aligned and keep communication consistent, especially through regular check-ins and goal tracking.

We also understand that there are a lot of features within our platform, which can make getting started a bit of a learning curve. This onboarding experience is something we’re always working to improve, but it’s great to hear that it becomes easier to navigate as you spend more time with it. We’re continuously exploring how to make the ramp-up experience even smoother, and we'll be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback!

  ### 8. A structured and practical platform for ongoing performance management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun K. | IT Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Over time, what stands out more clearly is how consistently the platform supports structured check-ins and ongoing feedback without adding friction to the workflow. As I continued using it, the experience felt predictable and easy to maintain, especially when revisiting goals and tracking progress across different review cycles. The way feedback, goals and check-ins connect feels deliberate rather than fragmented, which helps in keeping everything aligned without needing multiple tools.

From a day to day perspective, the platform remains reliable for routine performance tracking. It doesn’t require frequent adjustments once set up, which makes it practical for repeated use. I also noticed that navigation and feature discovery become more intuitive with continued use, reducing the need for external guidance. Overall, the experience feels consistent and manageable even when used over a longer period.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The trial duration still feels somewhat limited when trying to evaluate the platform in a more realistic team setting. While the core features are accessible, it can be difficult to fully understand how the system behaves over multiple performance cycles within a short timeframe. Extending the trial period slightly would allow for a more complete evaluation, especially for teams that rely on structured and recurring workflows.

Additionally, some level of deeper customization or flexibility in how workflows are configured could be beneficial as usage grows. This becomes more noticeable when trying to adapt the platform to slightly different team structures or review approaches over time. While the current setup works well for standard use cases, additional flexibility would improve long-term adaptability.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five helps improve how i approach performance management and employee experience by offering clear visibility into goals, feedback and engagement insights. It streamlines key processes like check-ins and feedback, making it easier to stay aligned, measure progress and create a positive work environment.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Tarun! Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

We're glad to hear the platform has felt consistent and easy to maintain over time, and that the connection between goals, feedback, and check-ins is helping keep everything aligned for your team.

We also appreciate your feedback on the trial length and flexibility. Those are important considerations, especially as teams grow and need to evaluate workflows in-depth. We'll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue to improve the platform.

Thanks again for your insights and for being a part of the 15Five community!

  ### 9. 15Five’s Feature-Rich Platform Makes Team Management and Recognition Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five range of features is genuinely impressive. It includes 1:1 agendas, action items, surveys and performance reviews bascially everything you need to manage a team without constantly jumping between different tools. I also really value the advising resources 15Five provides, since they inprove the overall work experience by offering practical insights and guidance. The integration with systems like ADP is another, because it keeps employee data updated without extra to date without any extra effort. And the high fives features is a great extra touch it makes recognition feel simple and natural rather than forced.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Overall, I haven’t run into sny problems. The features are solid and works as expected, though goal alignment and reporting take a small time to understand at first. It would help if adding these items and setting dates for tgem were more streamlined. Clearer guidance or a simpler setup process would make difference, especailly for admins.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps bring structure to performance management and keeps everything documented goals, feedbacks and reviews. The goal setting tools are useful, but I think the navigation around checks ins and 1v1s could be improved, especailly for setting, finding and revisiting action items. Having all of that in one 15five dashboard makes it easier to track progress over time and have more meaningful conversations with the team, rather than relying on memory or scattered notes.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Mark, thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We’re so glad to hear that having everything in one place is helping simplify your day-to-day workflow. It’s also great to see the recognition features, advising resources, and ADP integration making a positive impact.

We appreciate your feedback on goal alignment and reporting as well. Getting those areas set up quickly and intuitively, especially for admins, is incredibly important. We’ll be sure to share your thoughts around simplifying setup and improving report enablement with our product team.

Thanks again for your review and for being a part of our 15Five community!

  ### 10. 15Five Made Weekly Check-Ins and 1:1s Effortless for Our Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

We stared using 15Five for weekly check ins and it fastest became part of how we work. Most of our teams rely on the 1 on 1 feature to stay aligned with their managers. The HighFives are genuinely fin to use and people reallys enjoy giving reconition to each other other. We also run the annual enagement survey through it which saves us from dealing with separate tools. The best self review process works well for our performance cycles. OKRs help us track what matters without overcomplicating things. After checks in and meetings managers get practical guidance that actually make sense. This has made a real difference in how we collect feedback and tie it back to what the business needs. The whole experience feels straightforward and our people have adopted it without much resistance.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some folks on our team find the interface a busy. They have mentioned that having an optional simplified view would help them focus on just the essential without extra distraction. The prompts for checks ins tend to repeat after a while which makes some people tune out. Adding more variety or letting us rotate prompts ourselves would go a long way in keeping people engaged over time. Its not a dealbreaker, but these small tweaks would improve the overall experience for users who prefer a cleaner, more streamlined setup.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before 15Five we struggled to get consistent feedback from teams and managers often missed important converation. Now check ins happen regularly and nothing falls through the cracks. The guidance managers recieve after meetings has helped them have better conversation with their direct reports. Our enagement surveys actually get completednow because everything lives in a dashboards. Performance reviewsused to be scattered across spreadsheets but best self review brought structure to that process. OKRs keep everyone focused on priorties without endless status meetings

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Michael, thank you for such a thoughtful review! It’s great to hear how quickly 15Five became part of your team’s rhythm, from check-ins and 1:1s to recognition and performance cycles. We especially love hearing that the platform is helping connect feedback to real business impact while staying easy for teams to adopt.

We also appreciate your feedback on the interface and check-in prompts. We do give the option rotate check-in questions, which may be a way to keep the check-ins fresh for your team. You can learn more in the article below, or reach out to us at support@15five.com for assistance. Creating a more streamlined experience, along with adding more flexibility and variety, is something we are always thinking about, so we’ll be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and for being a part of our 15Five community!

  ### 11. A Reliable, Unified Hub for 1:1s, Check-Ins, Reviews, and Objectives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moses G. | Senior Project Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I appreciate having a single, unified platform for all manager engagement. It has served as a reliable hub for 1:1 sessions, weekly check-ins, and performance reviews, keeping everything documented in one place. Recently, I’ve found the objectives feature particularly useful.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I’m still not entirely convinced by the high five system. While I do participate in giving and receiving them, it can sometimes feel a bit like a popularity contest. I also worry that it primarily caters to certain personality types who crave public validation.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool ensures our management team consistently meets with staff and documents employee engagement. It also provides a structured history we can review later, and it uses sentiment data at both the department and company levels to gauge how the workforce is feeling, from good to worried.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Moses, thanks for sharing your thoughts on 15Five! We're happy to hear that our platform has been a reliable, centralized space for your 1:1s, check-ins, and reviews; that consistency and visibility is exactly what we aim to provide for teams.

We also appreciate your candid perspective on High Fives. Our goal is to create a space where appreciation feels meaningful and inclusive, and we never want to make it feel like a popularity contest. We’ll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue refining how recognition shows up across the platform. Thanks again!

  ### 12. 15Five’s Insights Dashboard Makes Performance Trends and Feedback Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon H. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five insights dashboard provides a really useful view of performance trends and overall team engagement. I especially like how easy it is to see survey results and staff comments in one place, rather than having to jump between different sections. We use it for 1:1s, weekly checks ins, and reviews, and I also refer back to it for details my boss may need to remember about who I am and how I work. The way everything is presented feels clear, simple and easy to understand. It also works well with goal tracking and the manager tools, which makes it easier to connect feedback to daily work and keep upmwith follow ups.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The platfrom is generally straightforward and easy to use, but there are still a few areas where the layout could be simplified so people can find what they need a faster. I havn’t run into any issues so far, everything looks good, and all the tools and integrations are working properly.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five helps us get a clearer picture of how the team is doing, both in terms of performance and engagement. It supports regular check ins, better goal alignment, and ongoing feedback, which strengthens transparency, boosts engagement, and improves overall team team performance. The recurring feedback and surveys make it easier to spot patterns, understand how people feel about their work, and adjust when needed. The analytics and data help us track progress over time and make informed decisions moving forward.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Jon, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on our new insights dashboard and the overall platform! It’s great to hear that the insights dashboard is giving you a clear view into engagement and performance, and that having survey results, feedback, and key details all in one place is making it easier to stay aligned and prepared for conversations.

We appreciate your perspective on the overall layout of our platform. We are always looking for ways to make navigation even more intuitive so teams can find what they need faster and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again for your feedback!

  ### 13. Seamless Performance Tracking with Genuine Employee Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristy M. | Senior Backend Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What stands out most to me is how seamlessly the platform combines core performance tracking with genuine employee engagement. It doesn’t come across as a top-down, corporate monitoring tool; instead, it supports a continuous feedback loop through simple, manageable weekly check-ins.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The platform’s effectiveness depends largely on how consistently and thoughtfully each manager chooses to use it. When a lead treats it as a “checkbox” exercise, the feedback loses its value quickly.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It directly addresses the fragmented communication and goal misalignment that often plague fast-moving teams. By centralizing our 1:1 agendas and tracking goal progress in one place, it has turned our meetings from basic status updates into focused, productive coaching conversations that support real growth.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Kristy, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so happy to hear that the platform has helped create a more meaningful and continuous feedback loop for your team.

  ### 14. Essential Daily Insights and Real-Time Check-Ins That Keep Us Moving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen A. | HR Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The platform is essential to our daily operations because it translates performance data into actionable insights without bogging us down with unnecessary administrative work. I also really value the check-in feature, which allows our team to surface blockers in real time, especially when we’re working across different time zones.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

My main takeaway is about configuring the reporting dashboards. While the data is high quality, getting the specific visualisation I need for quarterly business reviews takes more clicks than it should.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s the lack of feedback that often happens in fast-paced environments. Before, internal communication was fragmented across different messaging apps and emails, which made it difficult to keep track of career goals and performance. This platform centralises everything, helping ensure that performance feedback stays continuous and transparent.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Stephen, thanks for taking the time to share your perspective! It’s great to hear that 15Five is playing such a meaningful role in your day-to-day operations, especially when it comes to turning performance data into actionable insights. We're also glad the check-in feature is helping your team stay aligned and surface blockers in real time, especially across time zones, where that visibility really matters.

We appreciate your feedback on reporting dashboards. It’s important that accessing and visualizing data during times like quarterly business reviews feels seamless and intuitive. We’ll be sure to pass this along to our product team as we continue working to make reporting more customizable and efficient.

Thanks again for the feedback and for being a part of the 15Five community!

  ### 15. Great way to manage engagements with manager and handle reviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan P. | Rev Ops Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I still love having ONE platform for engagements with my manager. We use it for 1:1s, weekly check-ins, reviews, and to reference anything my boss may need to remember about who I am and how I work.

What I have begun using since my last review are the objectives. I made my team and myself the owners of the objectives so that we are all reminded every week of our commitments and we have to answer to our progress before we can submit our weekly check-ins. This helps remind us of what our focus should be.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I still dislike the concept of high fives. While I give them and get them, I fear that ultimately it is a popularity contest and is something only certain personalities need or want to do.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

Not everyone will want to use the features in this solution. Not everyone wants public high fives or wants to document what they are working on in the app. So it's important define what is required, what is not, and how to best use the tool. It makes the most sense for everyone in your organization to use it consistently otherwise the data/output will be skewed.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my perspective, we're using 15Five to ensure managers are meeting with and documenting their engagements with staff for 1:1s and reviews. We're also checking in and using the data to see at the company and department levels how people are feeling about work. The data can help highlight when there are concerns.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Susan, thank you for taking the time to review 15Five! We're happy to hear that consolidating everything into 15Five is making it easier for you and your manager. We are always looking for feedback to improve our platform, and we appreciate your honesty about our high five feature. Thank you!

  ### 16. A Game-Changer for Fast-Paced Event Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaya G. | Event Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Well as an Event Operations Manager, routine doesn't exist. I'm constantly juggling 3-4 event timelines to move forward with all of the A/V teams, venue managers, catering teams, and my own crew. I love 15Five because, in the middle of all those things that go on it manages to keep the team grounded. Gregory would rather not have to involve the rest of the company in a long, grueling status meeting, so the weekly check-ins give me a clear sense of where the team is. I can follow-up on tasks easily view users who are actively managing vendor contracts and users who are handling on ground logistics. Just prior to a big event things happen minute by minute from changing schedules to updating the list of VIPs to last minute operational requests. 15Five provides me with a clear and realistic view of the workload of my team and its overall morale. I can easily identify when something my logistics coordinator is getting overwhelmed on or if a remote employee is waiting for approval. It just keeps comms organized makes important deadlines obvious to all, and helps to hold the entire team responsible without making them feel “micromanaged.”

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The platform is something I use daily but can be a bit of a hassle in an event. I think the mobile is my biggest problem. As a on-site performer when its time for the programme on a live event day I get by without anything other than my phone. I sometimes have to perform too many clicks to read a detailed update on the team and other times to mark an objective as Done. The mobile app is a bit clunky. It's just not convenient in that more stressful and hectic environment when I want information right off the bat. The second is that the warning system may get to be quite overpowering. My inbox gets all full during event season, when the team of 15-20 people has to constantly update progress, comment and check in. I still have to do a lot of customizing to set my alerts what I want them to be, but that's what I have to do if it's going to be useful when I'm attending a live event. Finally, the weekly check in cycle doesn't seem as flexible as it could be for the events space, because my own workflow is more of weekend events and less of Monday to Friday corporate work.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the implementation of 15Five, the biggest challenge for me was disorganized communication. Many emails, random WhatsApp groups and excruciatingly spreadsheets were used to monitor that deliverables for events were completed. That of course meant numerous tasks were dropped, follow-ups were missed and there was a significant amount of last minute panic as to who was going to confirm venue security and who was going to complete printing materials etc. I didn't have a tremendous amount of visibility in departments and, during busy seasons, I feel isolated and overworked.During busy seasons, there was a lack of engagement in team because people felt disconnected and there was a lack of visibility amongst the different departments. It's been completely tackled with 15Five, centralizing my workflow and forcing a rhythm that updates will follow. Now, every team member enters into the top priorities and road blocks for me to see. I know when the stage set up team are running behind on their set up, and can call over to them immediately and let them know, which helps resolve any set up problems before it becomes an emergency. It has greatly simplified the ownership and timeframe. The best thing for me is that I have peace of mind. My operational planning is more streamlined, my staff 1-on-1's are more productive and about real issues, not just about the status report, and my event executions are louder. It has enabled me to make a very chaotic, stressful process, one that is organized, aligned and very accountable.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Jaya, thank you for sharing such a detailed look into how you and your team uses 15Five in such a fast-paced environment. Managing multiple moving pieces across events, vendors, logistics, and internal teams is no small task, so it’s incredibly meaningful to hear that 15Five has helped create more visibility, accountability, and alignment without adding unnecessary friction for your team. We especially appreciate your comments around maintaining team morale and staying connected during high-pressure event seasons.

We also really value the thoughtful feedback around the mobile experience, notifications, and workflow flexibility. We understand how important speed and accessibility are when you’re onsite and managing live event changes in real time. Your points about reducing clicks, improving mobile usability, and offering more adaptable check-in cadences for non-traditional work schedules are all incredibly helpful, and we’ll be sure to share them with our product team as we continue improving the platform experience.

Thanks again for taking the time and for being part of the 15Five community!

  ### 17. It does what it was designed to do well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like that 15Five is relatively simple to get used to, and that everything is in one place. Each week, you can rate how you feel, add more info if you want, rate your team, and include what you’ll be doing next week. At the same time, you’re not locked into a rigid format; it’s flexible. You can make adjustments as things change, and overall the whole process stays straightforward and adaptable. The interface is also easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I don't believe that there is anything that I do not like at about it. It does what it is meant to do and it's reliable.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe that it enable leadership to keep a pulse on the team. It allows for transparency of activities and it keeps things simple yet well organised. It connects well with Slack which is very helpful. It was not a difficult system to learn which made adoption seamless.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hello! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear that 15Five feels simple to use while still giving you the flexibility to adapt it within your workflow. It’s great to know the weekly check-ins, the pulse system, and forward-looking planning are all helping you stay aligned with your team!

We’re also glad to hear that everything has been working as expected and that you’ve had a positive overall experience with the platform - it means a lot to us, so thanks for shouting that out!

  ### 18. Clear understanding of engineering capacity and OKRs, but requires discipline to avoid notification.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pardeep J. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

As a software engineer, I get interrupted a lot while coding, reviewing PRs, and joining agile ceremonies. 15Five has made life easier by improving async comms with my engineering manager, which is a godsend for our distributed dev teams.

The structured check-ins help reveal technical roadblocks or deployment issues that generally don’t come up (or don’t get much focus) in our quick daily stand-ups. I also appreciate the 1-on-1 templates. Before we started using this, our manager meetings were largely unstructured discussions about the sprint. Now, we use 15Five to set personal development and career growth alignment goals, which helps separate those conversations from the “what did you build this week” updates.

The goals and OKR features are helpful in that they integrate the very high level product delivery OKRs with personal dev milestones. Plus, the pulse surveys and employee engagement features help management gain real insight into team dev workload, and help them identify burnout earlier, which is especially important during heavy release periods. Having these weekly reflections helps make performance tracking over time more objective and provides a record.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

To be honest, the weekly check-ins can seem iterative. If you get stuck into an intricate back-end epic that stretches several weeks, most of your update check-ins end up saying “working on the same thing.” That certainly makes check-ins feel like busy work.

There’s also the danger of notification fatigue. With several different platforms like Jira, Slack, GitHub, and PagerDuty, it can feel like the 15Five email notifications are adding even more noise. Similarly, for tighter nimble agile teams, the application can feel almost overbearing. Sections of the application and its advanced features feel more like an HR product and less like something an engineering team would like and want. There’s definitely a stereotypical “sheen” of customization that would be a part of it, but it can certainly become a relatively costly and fully on-boarded administration activity rather than just a closer-role development partner. You can make check-ins, comment moderation, notifications and more into something that best fits your development workflow and less into an economic, estimate-roll automation system.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our engineering department, the biggest issue that 15Five addresses deals with bridging the gap between our daily coding tasks and our larger company goals. When tasked with writing complex server-side logic or debugging, it becomes difficult to remember the purpose of the tasks at hand.

15Five has been successful in improving our cross-functional/team communication. When engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams are aligned from the beginning and collaborating around the same OKRs in 15Five (which they do), sprint planning has become substantially more forthcoming for everyone.

Every Friday I spend about 10-15 minutes doing a reflection of the week and recording it using 15Five in the upcoming sprint we are agile in. I list the things that went well, and things that went wrong and use the platform to give and receive shoutouts to my work friends (which is nice and useful context for performance reviews), and identify the weak points in the cycle for the next week. Because I do this lacking of the sync prep work, my manager and I spend our 1-on-1 time in the status update context and in return can spend more time planning the strategies for the things that matter.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Pardeep, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! We're glad to hear that the platform is helping reduce some of the interruptions that come with distributed development work, especially through more effective async communication and structured check-ins. It’s great to know the 1:1 templates and goal alignment are creating clearer space for both delivery conversations and career growth. That separation is something we care a lot about, so it’s encouraging to see it resonating with your team.

We also appreciate you calling out the challenges you've experienced. The note about check-ins feeling repetitive during longer projects is fair, and we're always looking for ways to improve the feature so it works for all types of situations. We'll be sure to share this feedback with our product team.

We also understand that folks like to customize their notifications to better fit their daily workflow. I'm including a Help Center article that outlines how you can manage your own notifications in 15Five. We also have specific admin-wide notification setting instructions if that's something your team is interested in. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@15five.com.

  ### 19. Efficient Performance Reviews with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie M.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I find the performance reviews in 15Five incredibly easy to set up and execute, with parameters that I can easily edit at any time, which is great for overworked management. The customer service is my favorite part as I have never had a bad experience, and they regularly help me with work-arounds when needed features are unavailable. The AI in the knowledge base does a great job directing me, and I've been able to get my questions answered using the AI chat on several occasions. I love that it automatically starts a ticket for me if the AI can’t help right away. These features make 15Five an easy way for leadership to stay connected to employees and ensure that goals and priorities are aligned across the company, requiring very little effort from HR.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It would be really nice if the engagement surveys were more customizable. We don't use them because we can't customize them to fit our format. It would also be cool if there were a matrix aspect for Career Pathing. Or if employees could have a checklist of items that they could complete over time.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five makes it easy to conduct short, frequent performance reviews, giving leadership insights into employee performance and alignment. It ensures employee efforts align with company goals, requiring minimal HR effort and enabling leadership to focus on other value-added areas.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Annie, thank you for such a thoughtful review of 15Five! It’s great to hear how easy the performance review process has been for you and your team, especially with the flexibility to make adjustments as needed. We're also glad our support team and AI tools have been helpful along the way. It’s especially meaningful to hear that these pieces are helping leadership stay connected and aligned without adding extra lift for HR!

We really appreciate your feedback around engagement survey customization and career pathing. We know how important customization is and we'll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue to evolve the platform.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective and for being a part of our community!

  ### 20. Transparent Communication and Clear Objectives Keep Teams Aligned

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donnie J. | Senior Operations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

This tool excels at fostering transparent communication between team members and their leads. By offering a structured framework for setting clear objectives and defining expectations, it helps remove the ambiguity that often plagues project workflows and keeps everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I think there’s a significant opportunity to improve how the platform supports matrix organizations. In particular, the functionality around dotted-line reporting still feels somewhat underdeveloped and could be strengthened to better reflect those reporting relationships.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been instrumental in keeping our team on track, helping everyone stay aligned and ensuring we consistently meet our project deadlines and performance targets.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Donnie, thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for sharing your experience with 15Five. We’re happy to hear the platform has helped create clearer communication and alignment across your team. Providing structure around goals, expectations, and ongoing conversations is such an important part of helping teams work more effectively together, so it’s great to know that’s been valuable for your organization.

We also appreciate your perspective on supporting matrix organizations and dotted-line reporting structures. As teams continue to evolve, flexibility in how organizations collaborate and manage relationships becomes increasingly important. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our product team as we continue enhancing the platform to better support more complex team dynamics and reporting needs over time.

Thanks again for taking the time to review us!

  ### 21. Team Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad S. | Accounts Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

’ve had a very positive experience using 15Five so far. It has become an essential tool for improving communication, accountability, and overall team engagement. The platform makes it easy to set clear goals, track progress, and maintain regular check-ins, which has significantly enhanced transparency across the team.

One of the standout features is how it encourages meaningful conversations between managers and team members. The weekly check-ins and feedback tools help surface challenges early and ensure that everyone stays aligned and supported. It also creates a structured yet flexible way to recognize achievements and provide constructive feedback.

From a management perspective, 15Five has helped streamline performance tracking and made it easier to focus on both results and employee development. The interface is user-friendly, and the reporting features provide valuable insights that support better decision-making.

Overall, 15Five has contributed to building a more engaged, accountable, and high-performing team environment. I would highly recommend it to any organization looking to strengthen their people management and performance processes.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

While 15Five offers valuable tools for performance management, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming to navigate, especially with multiple features spread across different sections. Some workflows aren’t as intuitive as they could be, which can slow down efficiency.

Additionally, the frequency of notifications and emails can be excessive, making it easy to feel overloaded or distracted. There are also limitations in customization, particularly when trying to tailor questions, reports, or processes to specific team needs.

Another challenge is that some features—like surveys or check-ins—can become repetitive over time, which may reduce engagement. Lastly, for smaller teams, the platform can feel more complex than necessary and may not always provide proportional value for the cost

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five is solving the challenge of lack of continuous feedback, unclear performance tracking, and weak alignment between employees and organizational goals. Instead of relying on traditional annual reviews, it creates a structured system for ongoing check-ins, goal tracking, and real-time feedback.

For me, this has been highly beneficial in several ways. First, it improves communication and transparency—weekly check-ins and 1-on-1 tools make it easier to share progress, highlight challenges, and stay aligned with my manager.

Second, it helps with goal clarity and accountability. With built-in OKRs and performance tracking, I have a clear understanding of priorities and can measure my progress consistently rather than guessing where I stand.

It also promotes a culture of continuous feedback and recognition, which boosts motivation and engagement. Features like peer recognition and regular feedback make contributions visible and appreciated.

Finally, it enables data-driven performance and growth. Instead of relying on subjective opinions, decisions are supported by ongoing data and insights, which makes reviews more fair and actionable.

Overall, 15Five helps me stay aligned, improve performance, and feel more connected to both my team and the organization.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Muhammad, thanks so much for taking the time to share your perspective on 15Five! We're glad to hear that our platform has helped strengthen communication, visibility, and accountability across your team. It's also great to know that your managers are having more meaningful, ongoing conversations and that 15Five is helping balance performance with development — that's what we set out to do, and we're happy that's the experience you've had.

We understand how important ease of use and customization are, especially with smaller teams. These are areas that we are always looking to improve and we'll be sure to share all of your feedback with our product team.

Regarding the volume of notifications, users and HR Admins have the ability to adjust their notification settings. I'm including two articles below that you may find useful, but you can always reach out to our Support team at support@15five.com for additional assistance.

-Manage my notifications (individual users): https://success.15five.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002814991-Manage-my-notifications

  ### 22. 15Five: Intuitive, Easy to Roll Out, and Packed with Balanced Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What I like fine approximately 15Five is its ease of use and how intuitive the platform feels for each employees and managers. The ease of implementation is a big plus, as it’s quick to set up and smooth to roll out across groups. Customer aid has been responsive and useful on every occasion help is wanted, and I use the platform regularly for check-ins, remarks, and purpose tracking. The range of features, along with overall performance reviews, engagement surveys, and purpose alignment, is properly balanced with out feeling overwhelming. Additionally, the benefit of integration with tools like Slack and HR systems makes it match smoothly into normal workflows.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

One thing I dislike about 15Five is that some features can feel a bit limited without customization, and certain advanced options are only available in higher plans.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five addresses the issue of inconsistent communication and feedback between managers and their teams. It supports regular check-ins, clearer goal alignment, and ongoing feedback, which in turn strengthens transparency, boosts engagement, and improves overall team performance.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Anubhav, thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that 15Five feels intuitive and easy to roll out across your teams. It’s great to know that implementation has been smooth, that you’re regularly using check-ins, feedback, and goal tracking, and that our support team has been there when you’ve needed help.

We also appreciate your candid feedback around customization and advanced features being tied to higher-tier plans. That’s helpful insight, and we’re always looking at ways to expand flexibility and ensure teams of all sizes can get meaningful value from the platform. We appreciate you being a part of our community!

  ### 23. Helpful, Scalable, and Smooth AI Features with Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranjal S. | Senior Associate, Legal and Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The product is really helpful and scalable, especially when it comes to integrations. The design and layout are also very useful for the team. On top of that, it supports smaller review cycles, and the AI intelligence features feel very smooth to use.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The main downside of the product is its cost compared to alternatives in the market. Still, if we want good performance, we have to be willing to bear that cost.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem this product solved for us was inconsistent communication and a lack of structured feedback. 15Five not only helped address these issues, but also helped us reach a 30%–40% higher efficiency mark.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Pranjal, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! It’s great to hear that you’re finding value in the platform’s scalability, integrations, and overall design, and that features like shorter review cycles and AI capabilities are supporting your team in a meaningful way.

We also appreciate your perspective on pricing and packaging. We understand that cost is an important factor, especially when comparing different HR solutions, and it’s something that's always top of mind as we continue to invest in the platform. We'll be sure to share this feedback with our leadership team. Thanks again!

  ### 24. Keeps My Team Aligned Without Micromanaging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kratika S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The absolute best part for managing multiple projects is how much this cuts down my calendar. The Weekly Check-ins let my team drop quick updates on what is blocking them before I even have to ask. I also really dig the High Fives feature. When a team member grinds hard to hit a tough deadline, giving them public credit instantly goes a long way in keeping morale up during stressful sprints.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

My main issue is that the Objectives dashboard gets really cluttered if you are juggling a lot of overlapping timelines. It is supposed to keep everything organized, but updating those progress bars manually every single week just feels like extra busywork. I really wish it synced smoother with the actual task-tracking tools like Jira or Asana that my team is already living in all day.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely kills the need to micromanage. Because I get a clear snapshot of everyone's workload and roadblocks at the end of the week, I know exactly who needs my help and who is cruising along just fine. It keeps the whole team focused on the big-picture goals without me constantly messaging them for updates, which saves us all a ton of wasted time.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Kratika, thanks for taking the time to share your experience! It’s great to hear that weekly check-ins are helping reduce meeting load and giving you better visibility into blockers ahead of time. We also love to hear that High Fives are supporting team morale, especially during busy project cycles!

We appreciate your feedback on the Objectives dashboard as well. Managing multiple timelines should feel organized, not overwhelming, and we understand how manual updates can start to feel like extra work. We'll be sure to share your feedback, along with future integration ideas, with our product team.

Thanks again for your review and for being a part of our community!

  ### 25. Digital Heartbeat of Hit and Fit Gems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyanshi P. | Technical Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What makes this unique for Hit and Fit Gems is the "High Five" feature. It sounds simple, but in a retail shop, it’s a game-changer. When a showroom assistant helps a customer find the perfect engagement ring, anyone on the team can give them a public shout-out. It creates a "gratitude wall" that actually boosts morale more than a random bonus check ever could. I also love the "1-on-1" templates because they force us to talk about career growth, not just daily sales targets.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The biggest headache is the pricing for my part-time staff. I have people who only work the floor on weekends, but I still have to pay the full monthly "pro" price just to get them into the system for basic feedback. Also, the mobile app is definitely built for office workers; it can feel a bit clunky when you're trying to quickly log a goal while standing behind a jewelry counter.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely stopped the "quiet quitting" feel that can happen in retail. By having a dedicated spot for weekly check-ins, my staff feels heard even when I'm too busy with inventory to talk. It keeps Hit and Fit Gems organized by turning vague sales goals into trackable OKRs. We’ve seen much better team alignment because everyone knows exactly what the "big wins" are for the month.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Divyanshi, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! It’s great to hear that High Fives and 1-on-1 templates are having a meaningful impact on your team, especially in creating recognition and more thoughtful development conversations.

We also appreciate your perspective on pricing for part-time staff and the mobile experience. We understand how important flexibility is for teams with varying schedules and we'll be sure to share this feedback with our product team.

Thanks for being a part of the 15Five community!

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Whenever we launch a new jewelry collection on our website, we can set a clear sales goal for the whole team to see. My absolute favorite feature is the "High Fives." When one of our reps closes a big deal on a high-end piece, everyone can give them a virtual shoutout. It really boosts morale on the floor and keeps the energy up.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The biggest downside is that the software really isn't built for physical retail or warehouse staff. While it's great for the team sitting at their computers, asking my showroom staff or the crew packing gems to stop what they are doing to fill out a weekly online survey just feels like I'm giving them annoying homework.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that it acts like an early warning system for our hosted website. For example, a while back, our web developer noticed that the high-res photos of some new diamond rings were making the checkout page freeze up. Instead of waiting for a monthly meeting to bring it up, they flagged the issue right away in their weekly 15Five update. I saw the blocker immediately, we fixed the glitch before the weekend rush, and saved a ton of sales that we absolutely would have lost otherwise.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Sourabh, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! It’s great to hear how you’re using goals to align the team around new collection launches, and we love that High Fives are helping create that sense of energy and recognition across your team.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback around the experience for showroom and warehouse staff. We never want 15Five to feel like an assignment, and we're always exploring ways to make participation feel lightweight and natural for all types of employees. We will be sure to share this feedback with the team.

In the meantime, we do have a 15Five mobile app for both iOS and Android users. I've linked the Help Center articles below. This may make it easier for employees to fill out check-ins or give High Fives on the go. If you have any questions about this, you can email us at support@15five.com and we'd be happy to assist.

  ### 27. Empowers Manager-Employee Engagement, With Room for Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I use 15Five for employees to track their weeklies with their managers, define their goals, and monitor progress. I appreciate that it gives visibility on progress across the whole organization and allows us to challenge managers so that they prioritize the growth of employees, share feedback, and develop rigor and structure in their regular meetings. What I like the most is the questions 15Five raises, which enables managers to become more relevant and focused in their management, unlocking real business value through this. The feature I value the most is the weekly check-in, which I use extensively as it acts as a key tracker of performance and what’s happening between managers and their direct report, enabling growth in feedback within the organization. The initial setup was very smooth, with great online onboarding and templates available.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The weekly check-ins can become repetitive and team members can sometimes lose engagement. It would be great to challenge the structure over time through recommendations.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 15Five for tracking weekly updates, setting goals, and monitoring progress. It provides visibility across the organization, encourages managers to focus on employee growth, shares feedback, and adds structure to meetings, unlocking real business value.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us! It’s great to hear how you’re using 15Five to bring more visibility, structure, and meaningful conversations into your managers’ day-to-day and that the initial setup/onboarding was easy to move through.

We also hear you on the check-ins feeling repetitive over time; keeping engagement fresh is incredibly important. Did you know that you can customize the questions that show up in a weekly check-in? This allows weekly check-ins to stay fresh and can help boost engagement. I've linked an article on managing check-in questions below, however, if you need additional support you can email us at support@15five.com.

  ### 28. 15Five Makes Performance Conversations Feel Human

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geanina Mihaela P. | Marketing Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five actually makes performance conversations feel human, not forced. The weekly check-ins are simple but powerful — they keep everyone aligned without feeling like micromanagement. I also love the recognition features and how easy it is to give feedback in real time. It genuinely helps build a culture where people feel seen and heard, which is rare in many tools.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

One downside of 15Five is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with performance management tools. It takes a bit of time to fully understand how to best use all functionalities. Additionally, customization options for reports and workflows could be more flexible to better fit different team needs.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five addresses key challenges around performance visibility, employee engagement, and alignment with company goals. It replaces fragmented feedback and manual tracking with a centralized, continuous performance management system. This has made it easier to monitor progress, support team members more effectively, and create a culture of ongoing feedback and improvement.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Geanina, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!

We're so glad to hear that 15Five is helping make performance conversations feel more natural and meaningful, and that features like check-ins and recognition are supporting a culture where people feel valued.

We also appreciate your thoughts on the initial learning curve and customization. We know getting started can feel like a lot at first, and we’re continuing to improve onboarding and flexibility so teams can more easily tailor the platform to their needs. We'll be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again for your review and for being a part of our community!

  ### 29. 15Five’s Evolved People Science Platform Keeps Continuous Feedback Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai shivan J. | Associate Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

it should take employees 15 minutes to write a report and managers 5 minutes to read it. Even with its expanded features, it remains the best tool for maintaining a continuous feedback loop rather than relying on dreaded annual reviews.about 15Five in 2026 is its evolution from a simple check-in tool into a highly integrated People Science platform that combines AI-driven insights with human-centered leadership

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Nudge problem , administrative burden deep dive difficulty process heavy and rigid structure

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Annual Reviews ,Goal Misalignment (Busy vs. Productive),1-1 agendas

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Sai, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! We’re glad to hear 15Five continues to support quick, consistent feedback loops and that you’re seeing the value in our evolution toward a more integrated, people-focused platform.

  ### 30. Weekly Check-Ins and 1-on-1 Agendas That Keep Meetings Focused

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farhat S. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The weekly check-ins and the 1-on-1 agenda tools have been really helpful. Both managers and employees know what to cover before meetings, which keeps conversations focused and more productive. I also appreciate the quick feedback and recognition features, since they make it easy to share input in the moment. Overall, the interface is simple and straightforward, and our team was able to adopt it without much effort.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some reports take a bit of time to learn at first. The analytics are useful, but new users may need a little time to understand where everything is and how to navigate it. I also think a few of the survey customization options could be improved.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using this tool, it was difficult to track engagement and gather regular feedback across teams. Now we have consistent check-ins and clearer visibility into employee sentiment. Managers have a better understanding of team concerns, which makes it easier to address issues earlier.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Farhat, thank you for sharing your experience with 15Five! We’re glad to hear that the weekly check-ins and 1-on-1 agenda tools are helping your team come to meetings prepared and have more focused, productive conversations. It’s also great to know that features like quick feedback and recognition are making it easy to share input in the moment and that your team found the platform easy to adopt.

We appreciate your feedback about reporting and survey customization as well. Insights are most valuable when they’re easy to access and navigate, and we'll be sure to share your thoughts with our product team as we continue improving the reporting experience and customization options.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

When I first start using 15Five, it was a challenge understanding the platform and it's 50+ features. After spending more time, it became much easier although I have not fully mastered the platform uses as yet.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five is offering valuable insights to promote communication and work flow tracking. It offers benefits for remote teams and help organisations connect and communicate efficiently across the workspace. 15Five if benefiting me by allowing me to meet with workers and communicate globally.

  ### 32. Overall easy to use and functions well.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyatt H. | People Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2023

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Overall, I think the system works very well. Integrates directly to Gusto. I have found the platform to be a game-changer when it comes to fostering growth, facilitating transparent communication, and building a thriving work culture.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There are a fews areas that I would really like to see improved. Particularly, I would like to see more integration of 1:1s, Career Hub, etc directly into the performance reviews so that there was supporting data throughout the whole year.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have gone from every department in the company having a totally different review plan and now we are all on the same review style and expecations. It has added a lot of clarity to our process.

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Thank you for your review, Wyatt! We appreciate your thoughts and feedback as we continue to grow and improve our platform.

  ### 33. Clean UI, Smooth Onboarding Performance & Engagement with 15Five, Data-Driven Performance Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachit S. | DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five offers a clean UI/UX, solid integrations, and smooth onboarding with reliable support, making it easy for teams to adopt and use.

Strong on performance and ROI with continuous tracking (OKRs, check-ins) plus data-driven insights to improve engagement and decision-making.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

15Five can feel slightly complex for new users due to multiple features, and integrations may require extra setup for advanced use cases.

Pricing can be on the higher side for smaller teams, and some insights/reporting lack deeper customization.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five solves the problem of disconnected performance management (infrequent reviews, lack of feedback) by enabling continuous check-ins, goal tracking (OKRs), and real-time feedback—helping improve alignment and productivity.

It also addresses low employee engagement and retention by providing surveys, insights, and data-driven actions—benefiting me through better team visibility, improved decision-making, and a more motivated workforce.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Rachit, thank you for sharing your experience with 15Five! We’re so glad to hear that the platform has been easy to adopt and that the combination of integrations, onboarding, and support has helped your team get up and running smoothly. ### 34. A Great Way to Check In and Celebrate Wins with High Fives

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate S. | Marketing and Communication Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I liked it when I was employee for sharing challenges at work with my leader. Now as a team leader, it's a great way for me to check in on how my employees are doing. High Fives are fun too.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some weeks, I really don't want to fill it out. My org has lots of required questions, so 15Five can feel like more work.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me hear what my employees are going through, so I can step in and support them, pray for them, etc.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Nate, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! It’s great to hear that our platform has been valuable on both the manager and IC side, from surfacing challenges to staying connected with your team.

We appreciate your perspective on weeks when it can feel like more effort. We never want 15Five to feel like another item to check off a to-do list, so this context is helpful feedback as we continue to evolve the platform.

Thanks for being a part of the 15Five community!

  ### 35. 15five experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marwin N. | Help Desk Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What I like about 15Five is that it turns simple check-ins into meaningful conversations. It helps managers understand how their team members are doing, track their progress, and provide feedback that strengthens connection and support within the team.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

From what I’ve seen in user discussions, one area where 15Five could improve is making the experience a bit more flexible and streamlined. Some users mention that weekly check-ins can start to feel repetitive over time, so adding smarter reminders, AI summaries, or allowing more flexible check-in formats could make it feel less routine. Improving the interface and navigation would also help users move more easily between goals, feedback, and check-ins. Additionally, offering deeper analytics, more customization for surveys and feedback, and stronger integrations with tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams could make the platform even more efficient and valuable for teams.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five helps solve the problem of poor communication and lack of regular feedback. It keeps my manager in the loop, helps track goals consistently, and makes it easier to raise concerns early, which improves my performance and growth.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Marwin, thank you for taking the time to offer your perspective on 15Five. We’re really glad to hear that the platform is helping managers stay connected with their teams and create more meaningful conversations around progress, feedback, and support.

We also appreciate you sharing ideas for how the experience could continue to improve. Feedback around flexibility, navigation, and deeper insights is incredibly helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team as we keep evolving the platform. While we are always working on improving, I did want to draw attention to how AI is currently being used in our platform. You can learn more at the link below.

  ### 36. Easy to Use, Always Improving, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Easy to use and easy to navigate. They’re always improving the system and making it better. Customer and technical support are consistently responsive, and issues are usually resolved within a few days.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Very few things overall. I just wish their Performance Review module were more robust and customizable so it could better meet our needs.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can understand how each employee is feeling through a weekly pulse check-in. Leadership and people managers can then act quickly based on the feedback from those weekly check-ins. The 1 on 1 feature is used across the organization to set up structured meetings and support continuous performance reviews. High Five is also used as part of employee recognition, and it’s a great way to celebrate team members’ success.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hello! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about 15Five. It’s great to hear that you’ve found the platform easy to use and that our support team has been responsive and helpful when issues come up.

We also appreciate your feedback on the Performance Review module. We understand the desire and need for more flexibility and customization to better fit your team’s needs and I’ll be sure to pass this along to our product team.

  ### 37. Straightforward Engagement Surveys with Clear, Trend-Spotting Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin R. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The engagement surveys are straightforward to launch, and the results are easy to interpret. I also appreciate that the platform provides insights that help us spot trends across teams. The feedback tools encourage employees to share their thoughts on a regular basis, which makes it easier to keep a consistent pulse on how people are feeling.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Survey customization could use a few more options. The current templates are definitely helpful, but there are times when we’d like a bit more flexibility to adjust things to our needs.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to track employee engagement, and this has made it much easier. With regular surveys and the insights they provide, we can quickly see which areas need attention. That clarity helps HR respond faster, take the right actions, and improve the overall work environment.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Martin, thank you for sharing your experience with 15Five! It’s great to hear that launching surveys and interpreting results has been straightforward, and that the insights are helping you stay in tune with how your teams are feeling over time.

We also appreciate your feedback on survey customization. Flexibility is important, and we’re continuing to explore ways to give teams more options while keeping things simple to use. We'll be sure to pass this along to our product team.

  ### 38. Clear, Insightful Dashboard That Connects Feedback to Action

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor M. | HR Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The insights dashboard offers helpful data on engagement and performance trends. I like being able to view employee feedback and survey results in a clear, easy-to-read format. It also integrates smoothly with goal tracking and the manager tools, which makes it easier to connect insights to day-to-day follow-up.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Sometimes it takes a bit of exploring to locate certain reports. Overall, the interface is clean and easy to navigate, but a few sections still feel like they could be streamlined for a smoother experience.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our HR team needed better visibility into employee engagement, and this has helped us get there. With regular surveys and analytics, we can quickly spot concerns, understand what’s driving them, and take action. It also gives leadership clearer insight so they can make better, more informed decisions about our people strategy.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Victor, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with 15Five! We're glad to hear the insights dashboard is helping you easily view engagement and performance trends and connect those insights with goals and manager tools.

We also appreciate your feedback about navigating certain reports. I'll be sure to share this with our product team as we continue working to make the reporting experience even more intuitive. Thank you for being part of our 15Five community!

  ### 39. An essential daily driver for team culture and goal alignment.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinit D. | Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

After using it daily for a while, I’ve really come to appreciate the Manager-Employee alignment tools. It’s shifted our 1-on-1s from just 'status updates' to actual coaching conversations. I also love how the mobile app has improved; it makes it super easy to drop a 'High-Five' to a teammate or finish my check-in while I'm on the move without needing to be at my desk.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

While the templates are great for getting started, I still find the reporting dashboard a bit rigid when I want to pull very specific, granular data for my team's progress over a long period. I’d also love to see more integration options with some of the niche project management tools we use so I don’t have to jump between tabs as much.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining performance cycles within the organization with 360 feedback.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Vinit, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! It’s great to hear the platform is helping make your 1-on-1s more impactful and that the mobile experience has made it easier to stay engaged with your team and recognize great work throughout the day.

We also appreciate the feedback around reporting flexibility, customizations, and integrations. Input like this is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team as we continue improving the platform. Thanks for being a part of our community!

  ### 40. Feature-Complete Platform with Fast, Helpful Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The platform is very complete, with every tool you might need to drive engagement and support managers. It integrates with different HRIS and has a good customer support area, with fast answers.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The reliability is still in the works, as is the UI/UX. Since they're making adjustments as they go, it's not unusual to stumble upon errors and bugs, or things just not working as they did in the previous days.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 15Five we have a one-stop-shop for managers, with 1:1s, check-ins, performance review, kudos. It gives them lots of insights on their team and helps us in the People team to give managers the exact tools they need to succeed.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hello! Thanks for taking the time to review 15Five. It’s great to hear that you’re finding value in the breadth of the platform, from supporting managers to driving engagement, and that integrations and support have been helpful along the way.

We also appreciate your feedback on the overall system. Running into bugs or unexpected changes can be frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want for our customers. We’re continuously working to improve platform stability and ensure updates feel seamless rather than disruptive, and your feedback is an important part of that process. We'll be sure to share this with our team as we keep refining the experience.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective and for being a part of our 15Five community!

  ### 41. 15Five Fan!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla E. | Senior Manager Workplace Culture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

We love using 15Five for our weekly check ins, most teams use the 1-on-1 feature, HighFives are super fun! We utilize the annual engagement survey, best self review and OKRs. Those have been really helpful for collecting feedback and supporting business outcomes.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Each year the annual engagement survey results change a bit which makes comparison to prior year's results challenging. The Best Self review allows you to make a custom rubric but the system is not set up to support that from a scoring perspective. Manager Effectiveness scores are a bit difficult to understand.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five helps us to stay connected, engaged + focused on what is most important. One major pain point we had prior to switching to 15Five was having a way to track OKRs. 15Five has made a big difference to how we are using our OKRs to support the business.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Kayla - thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! We're happy to hear that our platform is helping you and your team stay connected and in sync with one another. Sending you a high five from 15Five for all the great work you're doing with check-ins, 1-on-1's, OKRs and more!

We recognize that we have had some changes over the past year with our engagement survey feature. We hope those changes will ultimately provide you with even more data and insights in the future. If you have questions about comparing your data, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@15five.com. We'll also be sure to share all of your feedback with our product team. Thank you!

  ### 42. Great for Continuous Employee Performance & Goals—Not fully automated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Sharepoint Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

A system to continuously understand how employees are doing and improve it. It is a system mostly used by HR to review performance of the employees and Goals so this software helps it and give an automated solution.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It is not a full HR system.
Also pricing contributes the major part and can be compared with the other software in the market.
Too many notification.
Limited option of customization.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to use.
Clean UI and easy to understand.
Helpful for managers to track the employees progress and goals.
It helps with surveys as well.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Rahul, thanks for taking the time to review 15Five! We’re glad to hear that 15Five is helping provide a consistent way to understand employee performance and goals, and that it’s supporting your HR team with a more automated approach.

We also appreciate the constructive feedback. We recognize that packaging and pricing, notification frequency, and customization are all important elements in a tech stack, and we're continuously working on ways to improve the experience for all customers. We will be sure to share this with our leadership and product teams.

Thanks again for the support!

  ### 43. Essential for Team Insights and Proactive Leadership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcy T. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love the pulse, and being able to get a sense of where our team is on a week-to-week basis. It helps me as a CEO keep a sense of how folks are doing and get ahead early when there might be issues with our team that I need to address. We've also really loved the review process, and are using it 2x a year.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The interface has definitely become a bit more complex to use in the last year. It went from the 15Five check in being front and center to that being a little bit buried with all the other HR functions. Would love to have a bit more simplicity in the format so it's easier to use.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping an eye on employee engagement, performance, and workload. Also reviewing performance formally twice a year.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Marcy, thank you so much for taking the time to review 15Five! We're so happy to hear that 15Five has helped you be proactive with your employees and spot any issues ahead of time.

We are always looking for ways to improve our platform accessibility, so I will be sure to relay your message about platform navigation to the team. Thank you!

  ### 44. Actionable Coaching That Boosts Manager Effectiveness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saddat R. | Learning And Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The coaching suggestions and manager effectiveness tools are very helpful. After check-ins and meetings, managers receive practical, actionable guidance. It helps them strengthen communication with their teams and improve how they show up as leaders.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some managers prefer simpler dashboards and may feel that the platform includes too many features at once. Offering an optional simplified view could make it easier for them to focus on what they need.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to strengthen leadership skills across our managers, and this platform has helped us work toward that. It offers tools, insights, and coaching resources that support the goal in a practical way. Over time, we’ve noticed more structured conversations, clearer expectations, and better alignment across teams.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Saddat, thanks for sharing your feedback on 15Five! We're glad to hear that the coaching suggestions and manager effectiveness tools are helping managers receive practical guidance and strengthen how they support their teams.

We also appreciate your feedback about the platform feeling feature-rich for some managers. Insights like this are valuable, and we'll be sure to share your suggestion about a simplified view with our product team as we continue improving the 15Five experience. Thanks again for taking the time to review us!

  ### 45. Lightweight, Consistent Updates and Goal Tracking with 15Five

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany M. | People Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like that 15Five creates a consistent, lightweight way to share updates, feedback, and progress toward goals. It keeps communication flowing without feeling heavy or time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some of the questions and check-ins can feel repetitive over time. More customization or rotation in prompts would help keep engagement fresh.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five solves the problem of misalignment and lack of visibility into goals, progress, and blockers. Having a consistent place to share updates and surface challenges helps me stay aligned with priorities and get support faster, which improves execution and follow-through.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Tiffany! Thanks so much for taking the time to review 15Five. We’re so glad to hear that 15Five provides a consistent and lightweight way to share updates, feedback, and goal progress.

We also appreciate your insights about check-in questions feeling repetitive over time. That’s helpful insight, and we'll be sure to share this with our product team. In the meantime, we do offer the option to add your own questions to a check-in. You can learn more at the link below, or email us at support@15five.com for further assistance. Thank you for being a part of our community!

  ### 46. User-Friendly, Customizable, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Munam S. | Senior HR Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I really appreciate the interface—it's user-friendly, dynamic, and simple to manage. Integration with our core HRMS is straightforward, which makes things much easier. The customer service team is excellent; they are very responsive and typically reply within 24 hours. There are also plenty of helpful resources available for self-help or self-service.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There were some initial challenges with the implementation, but the team did their best to help us feel confident and ease our stress. I do think there should be more customization available in certain areas, such as headings and terminology.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized performance management system and repository of information for all our employee groups makes it much easier to handle everything in one place. It's great for pulse checks, monthly check-ins, and one-to-one feedback. The engagement survey feature is also useful.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Munam - thank you for taking the time to review 15Five! We are so happy to hear that you are finding the platform user-friendly and helpful in managing your organization. We're always working on ways to improve the onboarding and implementation experience, so we'll be sure to share that with the team. We certainly hear you on the customization front and are diligently working to provide future solutions for our customers. Thank you!

  ### 47. Well-Organized Review Cycles with Helpful Templates, Calibration, and AI Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raechal G. | Freelance Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The review cycle setup is very well organized. The templates, peer feedback, and calibration tools help keep everything consistent and make the overall process smoother. The AI suggestions are also useful, helping managers write more balanced, thoughtful feedback.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Setting up the first review cycle took a bit of planning and coordination. Once the templates were in place, the process became much smoother and easier to repeat for future reviews.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous review process varied from one department to another and often felt inconsistent. This platform has standardized the workflow, making performance reviews more transparent and easier to follow. As a result, employees now receive clearer, more actionable feedback about their performance.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Raechal! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear the review features are helping create a more consistent and smooth process, and that the AI suggestions are supporting managers in delivering more balanced feedback.

We also appreciate your thoughts on the initial review setup. We are always aiming to make the review process as seamless as possible, and we will be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being a part of the 15Five community 😊.

  ### 48. 15Five Makes Continuous Feedback and Employee Development Feel Human

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus A. | Marketing Manager, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What I like most about 15Five is its focus on continuous feedback and employee development. It makes performance management feel more human and actionable, and it helps teams stay aligned, engaged, and always improving.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

While 15Five is very strong in engagement and feedback, some features can feel a bit complex at first and take time for teams to fully adopt. A more intuitive onboarding experience would make it even better.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five solves the lack of continuous feedback and alignment within teams. By centralizing check-ins, goals, and performance conversations, it improves communication, keeps everyone aligned, and helps me stay focused on priorities while continuously developing

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Matheus, thank you for taking the time to review 15Five!

We're glad to hear that 15Five is helping make performance management feel more human and actionable, while keeping your team aligned and engaged. That's always our goal so it's great to hear that's the experience you've had.

We also appreciate your note on the onboarding experience. We know adoption can take time, and we’re continuing to focus on making it more intuitive so teams can get up and running more quickly. We'll be sure to share this with our product team.

Thanks again and we hope you continue to enjoy the platform!

  ### 49. Streamlines Processes with Trust and Inclusivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmin L. | Manager, People and Culture, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I really appreciate the modern tech design of 15Five. It's innovative and continuously improving, which makes me trust it as a helpful tool, especially for small teams or even a team of one like mine. The tool streamlines manual processes which makes my job easier by automating tasks and keeping everything organized in one place. The DEI-driven approach also builds trust by showing a human-centric approach that caters to diverse needs, making it a solution for everyone. I also like the inclusive pricing for small organizations. It allows me to have a great tool within budget, unlike other competitors that cater more to bigger accounts, 15Five prioritizes all accounts.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I find the customization features within the engagement survey lacking. I'm a big fan of the customization their comprehensive tool offers for comp reviews, but I wish the engagement and performance reviews offered the same level, if not more, like the other feature they offer. Similarly, throughout the platform there are limitations like in the Career Hub, 1-on-1s, Communications, Design, etc.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five streamlines manual processes, automates tasks, and centralizes everything. Its modern tech design and DEI-driven approach build trust, while inclusive pricing makes it accessible for small teams or individuals. It simplifies my work and caters to diverse needs effectively.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Jasmin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! It's great to hear that our platform is helping you stay organized and that you can find a way to personalize the experience to meet your team's needs. We certainly hear you about adding in more customization and we are always working on improving the user experience. We'll be sure to share this with our product team. Thank you!

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

HR system is not complete and payroll system of our business is currently separate from 15Five

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five has helped in reducing manual work as it allows weekly check-ins , using 15Five we are able to quickly check and review all team updates at one place which reduces our unnecessary meetings.

**Official Response from Caitlin Ludke:**

> Hi Saransh, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! It’s great to hear that 15Five has been helping connect your Salesforce data to meaningful goals and making coaching more effective; that's exactly what we aim to support!

We also appreciate your note on payroll and HR systems. While we’re focused on helping teams drive performance, engagement, and retention (rather than being a full HRIS/payroll solution), we know how important it is that everything works seamlessly together. We’re continuing to invest in integrations to make that easier and we'll be sure to pass this feedback along to our product team. Thanks again!
