What do you like best about 15Five?

A wide range of features that don't get lost in a boring employer tool. Most employer tools that have a lot of features are "blegh," but 15five keeps it fun, intuitive, and is overall a top notch product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The increasing costs are a down side to 15five. The annual cost is a good option for an organization that is established and has an established employee base but as a start up that has ebbs and flows of positions needed, it's not a viable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weekly pulse checks and OKR tracking is phenomenal! The weeklly pulse checks and high fives (especially) allow our employees to feel connected and heard in a virtual environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
