**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I love Cognism for its accuracy and reliability of the data. Having access to verified emails and direct dials makes a huge difference in outreach success, significantly reducing time wasted on invalid contacts. I also really appreciate how easy the platform is to use; the interface is intuitive, and building targeted prospect lists is quick thanks to the advanced filtering options. It streamlines what would otherwise be a very time-consuming process. Another standout for me is how well it integrates with CRM tools, allowing seamless data syncing and keeping everything organized in one place. Overall, it helps me save time, improve outreach efficiency, and generate better-quality leads, which is exactly what I need in a prospecting tool.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

While Cognism is a strong tool overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, some contact data—especially direct dials—can still be outdated or missing, which can slow down outreach efforts. The filtering options are powerful, but they can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. A more streamlined or guided experience for building lists would make it even more user-friendly. Additionally, the platform can be on the higher end in terms of pricing, which might be a challenge for smaller teams or startups. It would also be great to see more advanced insights or intent data features to help prioritize prospects even better.

I use Cognism for efficient B2B prospecting and lead generation, streamlining the process with verified data and CRM integration. It saves time, improves outreach success, and generates better leads, though it sometimes has data gaps and is pricey.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

In my experience, the mobile numbers provided by Cognism are highly accurate, especially thanks to the Diamond-Verified feature. Importing my account list into Cognism is straightforward, allowing me to quickly verify contacts' emails and phone numbers, and then reach out to them directly from the Cognism dashboard. Additionally, when I report an incorrect number, it gets updated promptly, ensuring that future users do not encounter the same issue.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Overall, there are no major issues, but I have noticed that the extension sometimes takes a while to load on my LinkedIn. Additionally, it occasionally fails to update company names when they merge or change. There are also times when it logs duplicate information for accounts with similar names, though this is only a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to accurate contact details for prospects allows me to quickly determine whether there is genuine interest in the product, which helps me qualify leads more efficiently. It also makes it easier for me to categorize my accounts and gain a clear overview of the key personas within each one who are important for me to reach out to.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like that Cognism is very fast and very intuitive to use. I find it to be a very useful and well-made tool because you can search not only by person with first and last name, but also by company, checking the latest annual revenue and the company's sector, which provides me with important details. I highly value the filters that allow me to choose the country of interest, as well as the maximum and minimum revenue I am looking for from the company and the person working there. I consider it an essential tool for a sales development department.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

They could improve the updating of employees. Many times prospects appear who have not worked at the company for months, even more than a year, and that is inconvenient when writing to or calling them.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism to find prospects easily, especially in the Finance sector, obtaining their phone numbers and emails. It is a fundamental tool for searching by person or company, detailing revenue and sector, which is key for business development.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I mainly use Cognism for prospecting and building targeted lists. I love how easy it is to use and find the right decision makers. The data quality is really good, which saves a lot of time when prospecting. I also like how simple it is to create a targeted list and export them to our CRM. Using Cognism makes prospecting much faster, allowing me to quickly find decision makers and access verified emails or direct dials so I can spend less time researching and more time on actual outreach.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Sometimes in the Middle East and African region contact details can be outdated, so you may come across emails or numbers that no longer work.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism for prospecting, allowing me to build targeted lists, find decision makers with verified contacts, and save time on research. It focuses my efforts on outreach to the right accounts.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like how Cognism helps me find numbers easily, especially when I have LinkedIn open on the side, and it shows me the number for a specific person. This is what typically makes it easy for me to use. It allows me to smoothly reach out to prospects by viewing their name, background, email, and number all together.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I work in the Middle Eastern region. Cognism's data for the Middle East is very fragmented, and it's not accurate. From my experience, many government entities do not have numbers or emails at all on Cognism. The initial setup was fairly easy, but it took some time to understand the system and learn the best practices.

I use Cognism to build and export lists, making prospecting easier. It helps me find numbers quickly, especially with LinkedIn open on the side, which simplifies reaching out.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I use Cognism to find phone numbers and emails of event planners within Europe, and it solves several problems for me, like helping find the company email structure and company contact details. I appreciate the easy export onto my CRM system. What I like most is the extensive, true data on people I sell to. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I wish I was able to create a contact list on Cognism that my colleagues couldn't see. I have my own log-in details as per license. I should be able to save lists of contacts on the system that when my colleagues log-in on their side should not be able to view.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism to find phone numbers and emails of event planners in Europe. It solves several problems, like letting me find company email structures, contact details, and easily export data to my CRM.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

What I like best about Cognism is how reliable and accurate the contact data is, especially for EMEA markets. The platform makes it easy to find verified phone numbers and emails, and the intent data helps our team prioritize leads more effectively. The Chrome Extension also saves a lot of time when prospecting directly from LinkedIn. Overall, it’s a powerful tool for improving pipeline quality and outbound efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

Occasionally, some of the contact data can be outdated or missing for niche industries or smaller regions, but this is quite rare. The Cognism team is proactive about improving coverage and regularly updates their database, which helps mitigate this over time.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cognism helps us solve the challenge of finding accurate, compliant contact data for our outbound sales efforts. Before using it, our SDRs spent hours manually sourcing leads with inconsistent results. Now, we have a reliable database of verified contacts and intent data, which saves time, increases response rates, and ensures GDPR compliance. As a result, our pipeline quality has improved significantly, and we’ve seen faster deal cycles.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I like the filters that Cognism uses, such as regional headquarters and geographical location, which help me get the list of contacts effectively. It's very easy to export this list to Salesforce or any other CRM platform, and I really appreciate the integration capabilities it offers. It's quite user-friendly to use, so I had no problems with setting up and finding out how to access the data or information I needed.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I think Cognism could improve by making the integration capabilities more efficient, especially when integrating multiple capabilities. Also, I'm only able to select 25 contacts per page, which is limiting. It would be more efficient if I could select more contacts at once.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism to find decision makers' contact details, like emails and phone numbers, which helps in targeting the right business prospects effectively.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I use Cognism for my outbound new business prospecting to find new decision makers and new contact details. It helps me build lists and map out accounts quickly for outreach. I like the fact that you can hunt new personas and I'd say 70/80% of the data is accurate. I also find it easy to use for the end user and it's been easy to use since I started.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I feel like there is a lot of contacts on there that even under verified emails and mobiles, we get bounce backs or there is a lack of good mobiles. I've used sites such as Apollo to compare and they have a better email. Perhaps a refresh of the data?

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cognism for prospecting to find decision makers and contact details. It helps me build lists, map out accounts, and provides mobile numbers, verified emails, and org charts quickly.

**What do you like best about Cognism?**

I love using Cognism daily for my opportunity prospecting job; it's my first source of contact information. I love the integration in my workplace applications like Salesforce and LinkedIn, and I find the web interface simple and effective. I can access contact information in the context of my work, especially while doing account nurture or opportunity development, and appreciate getting to the account and contact information simply and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Cognism?**

I sometimes find contact not updated, emails missing or even companies missing at all. It's rare but it happened. Dyamond verify is 50% effective to fix it and I believe there's room for improvement.

**What problems is Cognism solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cognism provides reliable contact information, integrating seamlessly with Salesforce and LinkedIn. It helps me access account and contact data quickly and efficiently for prospecting.
