What do you like best about Abnormal AI?

I appreciate the accuracy and effectiveness of the solution. After it was set up and implemented, my team has needed to spend very little time managing or administering it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Abnormal AI?

Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike. However, I do feel that some of the reporting and filtering settings could be improved. For example, when searching for something, the selected filters often don't persist between menus, which means I have to recreate the filter and search again. Other than that, the product is expensive, but you are paying for something that is quite advanced and arguably among the best in its field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Abnormal AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Abnormal AI is serving as mail protection from phishing attacks, filtering out spam messages and proactively moving promotional material to a dedicated folder. On top of that we're also investigating their posture management solution for Entra ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
