What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM has a clean, user-friendly interface that makes it easy to track leads, contacts, and opportunities. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The reporting feature could be more advanced, and sometimes the customization options feel limited compared to bigger CRMs. It also takes time to set up automation properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly CRM is helping us solve the problem of scattered customer data and poor follow-up. Before, our sales pipeline and project tasks were tracked in multiple tools, which made things confusing and time-consuming. With Insightly, everything from lead capture to project delivery is in one place. This has improved team collaboration, reduced missed follow-ups, and given us a clear view of where each opportunity stands.
