While it took some time to get used to the UI as it's not too intuitive, you can get a solid platform to cover your drupal projects needs. Customer Support experence was not the best at start since it felt very generic and not involved into our project at all, as I would expect for a hosting like this. What problems is Acquia Digital Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? It's allowing us to have multiple environments (prod, dev, stage) to host and develop our customer portal and e-shop. It's fulfilling our needs of high availability and stability.
