## About 100Hires
100Hires is AI-first recruiting software (ATS) that understands your hiring data instead of just storing it. An AI Recruiter answers any question about any candidate, an AI Copilot automatically scores and ranks every applicant, and AI takes your interview notes and writes personalized candidate emails and job descriptions in seconds — so a small team can automate the pipeline like 1–3 full-time recruiters. Source faster with a browser extension that imports candidates from LinkedIn, GitHub, and Indeed, plus an automated waterfall of contact finders that surfaces more personal emails and phone numbers. Post to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor for free, run multichannel campaigns with email warmup and automated follow-ups, and manage everything from a customizable Kanban pipeline with tags, fields, and scorecards. 100Hires is the first ATS with native MCP support — run your entire hiring pipeline from Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Codex — backed by a full REST API with 100+ endpoints, webhooks, and self-serve API keys on every plan. It also integrates with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and more, and starts with a free trial.

## 100Hires Reviews
 ### 1. Feature-Rich, AI-Powered Hiring Workflow That Keeps Everything Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Althea Veron S. | Human Resources Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

I like how the tasks are arranged categorically and the fact that an AI prompts/system is also integrated in the system which makes it more convenient and efficient for the users of the site. Also there are lots of features too that is helpful like how you can connect your email directly and the applications can be integrated in the system. Also the way candidates are listed and how you can put a note and label as well as when you click one of their details, it directs to more information about them. And lastly, the help of AI again in creating a job post too.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

Maybe the system is too plain but I dont think its a downside at all.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with being organized and keeping a clear record or tracking system of candidates and their current statuses. Also, efficiency with the help of AI.

 ### 2. From Spreadsheet Chaos to a Streamlined Hiring Engine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka P. | manager, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

It centralizes the entire recruitment funnel into one intuitive interface. The AI candidate ranking and automated resume parsing have completely eliminated the manual work of my initial screenings.

Unlike enterprise ATS platforms that require weeks of training, we were fully operational in under an hour. The interface is clean, modern, and very easy for our hiring managers to adopt without needing extensive formal training.

We use the Chrome extension to pull candidates directly from LinkedIn into our 'Engineering' pipeline, which has reduced our manual entry time by half.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

The platform is incredibly efficient, but I find the reporting and analytics a bit too basic for my needs; more visual dashboards for tracking long-term trends would be a huge plus. Also a mobile app is indeed, as using the browser version on a phone bit difficult while travel.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major bottleneck in our growth was manual candidate screening and now, the AI ranking and one-click sourcing extension have unified everything.

The biggest benefit is the time and cost saved on admin tasks. By automating interview scheduling and resume parsing, I’ve reclaimed about 10 hours a week that I can now spend actually talking to candidates. It has turned a disorganized process into a high-speed hiring engine and we were able to cancel three other subscriptions (a standalone scheduler, a sourcing tool, and a premium job board aggregator).

The support team respond to live chat queries in under 5 minutes, which has been a lifesaver when we needed to tweak our automated email.

 ### 3. Simple, Efficient Hiring—With Room for More Customization and Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Younesse H. | Credit Risk & Control Analyst – Benelux, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

What I like best about 100Hires is its intuitive ATS functionality and efficient recruitment workflow management. The platform makes it easy to centralize candidate data, track applicants through different hiring stages, and collaborate seamlessly with hiring teams. I also appreciate the clean UI/UX, automation features, and the way it streamlines communication and talent acquisition processes, which significantly improves overall recruitment efficiency.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

What I dislike about 100Hires is that some functionalities feel slightly limited compared to more advanced ATS platforms. Certain customization options, analytics, and reporting features could be more robust for deeper recruitment tracking and KPI analysis. Additionally, when handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, some workflows can take time to optimize and navigate efficiently.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100Hires helps solve the challenge of maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment workflow. Instead of relying on manual tracking through emails and spreadsheets, the platform centralizes candidate management, applicant tracking, and team communication in one system. This improves recruitment visibility, streamlines collaboration with hiring managers, reduces administrative workload, and helps ensure that no candidate or critical hiring step is missed throughout the recruitment process.

 ### 4. 100 Hires Makes Recruiting Faster, Smoother, and Less Stressful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalini P. | Senior Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

What I find most helpful about 100 Hires is how much time it saves. Automating screening, follow-ups, and candidate organization makes the entire hiring process feel much smoother.

It’s easy to use, keeps everything in one place, and helps me stay on top of the pipeline without extra effort. Overall, it makes recruiting faster, cleaner, and a lot less stressful.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

The automation needs some time to get used to.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100Hires solves the biggest problem in recruiting - too much manual work. It cuts down the time spent screening candidates, sending follow‑ups, and keeping track of applications.

Everything is organized in one place, and the automation handles the repetitive tasks for you. This means you save time, stay more organized, and can focus on the candidates who actually matter instead of doing admin work.

 ### 5. AI Candidate Ranking That Fits Your Workflow—Customizable and Browser-Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maja M. | Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

The AI candidate ranking and job description polish features are genuinely useful, especially for leaner teams. The Chrome extension keeps everything accessible without having to leave your browser. It’s also highly customizable, which means the platform adapts to your workflow, not the other way around. The knowledge base is easy to access when you need it, and it integrates with Slack, Zoom, and Zapier.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

The interface could use a bit more visual polish, it feels somewhat flat and low on energy. Since ATSs are usually packed with features, the UI should help navigation feel more effortless and be easier on the eyes. There’s also a small learning curve at the beginning when you’re trying to get oriented and find your way around.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I came across 100Hires while comparing ATS options and looking for a suitable solution to recommend to a small business. I tried it through their free demo, which gave me a clear, solid overview and enough context to form an opinion.

 ### 6. User-Friendly ATS with Smart AI Shortlisting and Structured Hiring Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malika Z. | HR Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

The system has a lot of useful subsections that help the hiring structure, as well as an integrated AI system that can be used to shortlist and evaluate candidates, create specific experience-based interview questions and rank the candidates. This ATS has a detailed, well-structured and user-friendly interface that facilitates and eases the recruitment process. The reporting system is an essential feature that helps evaluate the effectiveness of used platforms.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

I would add the tab for essential skills (for job postings and candidate applications) which would allow to minimize the ineligible application rate and streamline the application process. Also, in the "candidate" section, I would add a "new candidates" section, or make the new candidates appear on the top of the list, because right now the new candidates get lost in the main candidate tab.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting helps evaluate the efficiency of used platforms. The added templates save time and make the hiring process more precise, quick and structured.

 ### 7. 100 Hires | The ATS That Finally Brings Structure to Hiring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen K. | Digital Growth Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

What I like most about 100 Hires is how effortlessly it simplifies the entire hiring process. One-click job posting across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster no extra cost. The visual candidate pipeline keeps everything organized and accessible. The Chrome extension lets you pull candidates directly from LinkedIn into your system instantly. AI-generated job descriptions save real time, and interview scorecards keep evaluations consistent. Setup is fast, the interface is clean, and the support is responsive.

For a growing team that wants structure without complexity, 100 Hires genuinely delivers.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

100 Hires gets most things right, but a few areas could use some polish.
The reporting is functional but basic. If you want deeper insights into hiring performance or source effectiveness, you'll find yourself working around the platform rather than through it. Workflow customization has a ceiling, for straightforward hiring it works well, but more complex or role-specific processes can feel a little rigid.

Data export isn't the smoothest either. Pulling reports for external use takes more steps than it should.

Minor things, but worth noting for a team that's scaling.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100 Hires solves the one problem every growing team faces, a hiring process that's scattered and hard to track. Centralized candidate management, automated job posting, and a clean pipeline means less manual work, fewer missed applicants, and faster decisions.

It brings structure where there usually isn't any.

 ### 8. 100Hires Streamlines Hiring with an All-in-One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj T. | Specialist - VONAGE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

The best thing I can say is how 100Hires simplifies and streamlines the entire hiring process. It brings everything , job posting , candidate management, communication, evaluation into one platform which save quite a lot time .

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

To be honest as per our experience there aren't any major downsides but there are few things that could have been better. As sometimes the platform feels very limited especially when you need advanced customization for bigger hiring needs . Also at some moment it can feel bit slow and laggy .

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100Hires solves the problem of managing recruitment in a more structured and efficient way .. for example before using it handling all such things like candidates ,emails , interview stages across different tools felt quite messy but that reels way easier now

 ### 9. Time-Saving Hiring Automation, but Limited Customization for Complex Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chakib M. | Order to Cash - Credit and Collections Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

What stands out most about 100Hires is how much time it saves in day-to-day recruiting. The pipeline management is especially valuable—the drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to move candidates through stages quickly, and having everything visualized in one place cuts down on manual tracking.

Another big plus is the automation. Features like automated emails and interview scheduling reduce repetitive tasks, so you can focus more on evaluating candidates rather than coordinating logistics. For example, setting up email templates and triggers means candidates get timely updates without needing constant follow-ups.

The candidate profiles are also well-organized. Having resumes, notes, communication history, and evaluations all in one view makes collaboration with hiring managers much smoother and avoids back-and-forth searching across tools.

An unexpected benefit has been how it improves team alignment. Because everyone can see the same pipeline and candidate status in real time, it reduces miscommunication and speeds up decision-making.

Overall, it’s not just easy to use—it actively streamlines the entire hiring workflow and removes a lot of the small inefficiencies that usually add up over time.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

While 100Hires is strong overall, there are a few areas that could be improved.

One limitation is the reporting and analytics. The built-in reports cover basic needs, but they can feel restrictive when you want deeper insights (e.g., custom pipeline metrics or more flexible filtering). This can lead to extra manual work exporting data and analyzing it elsewhere. Adding more customizable dashboards or advanced filtering options would make it much more powerful for data-driven hiring.

Another pain point is search and filtering within the candidate database. While it works for simple queries, it can become less precise when managing a large talent pool. Improving boolean search or adding more granular filters would make it easier to quickly find the right candidates.

The automation features are helpful, but they can feel somewhat rigid. For example, setting up more complex workflows (multi-step conditions or branching logic) isn’t always straightforward. Expanding automation flexibility—similar to “if-this-then-that” logic—would reduce the need for manual intervention.

There’s also room for improvement in integrations. While it connects with common tools, some integrations feel limited in depth, which can interrupt workflows if your team relies heavily on other HR or communication platforms. More seamless, two-way integrations would help.

Overall, none of these are dealbreakers, but addressing them would significantly improve efficiency, especially for teams handling high-volume or complex hiring processes.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using 100Hires, we struggled with a very fragmented hiring process—candidates were tracked across spreadsheets, emails, and calendars, which made it easy to lose information or miss follow-ups. Coordinating interviews was also time-consuming, often involving multiple back-and-forth emails with candidates and hiring managers.

With 100Hires, we now manage everything in one centralized system. The pipeline view gives us a clear, real-time overview of every role and candidate, and automation handles tasks like email updates and interview scheduling. As a result, we’ve reduced administrative work significantly—what used to take several hours a week now takes a fraction of that time.

Another major improvement is collaboration. Previously, feedback from hiring managers was scattered or delayed, which slowed down decision-making. Now, all notes and evaluations are stored in one place, so the team can review candidates faster and make decisions more efficiently. This has shortened our time-to-hire and improved the overall candidate experience.

We also had difficulty maintaining consistent communication with candidates. With templates and automated workflows, we now respond more quickly and consistently, which has reduced drop-off rates and helped present a more professional hiring process.

Overall, 100Hires solves the problem of disorganized, manual recruiting workflows. It has streamlined our process, saved us several hours each week, improved team alignment, and helped us hire faster with a better experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

 ### 10. Simple, Efficient Hiring—But Limited Analytics and Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zakaria N. | Help Desk Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 100Hires?**

What I like most about 100Hires is how simple and efficient it makes hiring. Everything is in one place, and the automation saves time on repetitive tasks like sorting candidates and scheduling, which makes the whole process feel smooth and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about 100Hires?**

What I dislike about 100Hires is that it can feel a bit limited if you need more advanced features. The reporting and analytics aren’t very deep, and customization options can be restrictive for complex hiring processes. Also, some users mention issues with things like filtering candidates, integrations, or scheduling across time zones, which can make things less smooth in certain cases.

**What problems is 100Hires solving and how is that benefiting you?**

100Hires mainly solves the problem of slow and messy hiring processes. Instead of using multiple tools or manually sorting through CVs, it puts everything in one place and automates tasks like screening, communication, and scheduling. This benefits me by saving a lot of time, keeping candidates organized, and making the whole process more structured and less stressful, so I can focus more on choosing the right people rather than managing admin work.
