What I like most about 100Hires is its excellent performance and superb UI/UX, which make managing the candidate pipeline very easy. Its AI capabilities—especially AI-powered candidate screening—significantly accelerate our hiring process. The seamless integration with email and calendars, combined with automated outreach features, saves us many hours of work every week.Onboarding was seamless, thanks to excellent customer support, which made the setup process quick and straightforward. What do you dislike about 100Hires?

While 100Hires is excellent for core recruitment tasks, its advanced reporting and custom analytics dashboards could be made more detailed. Additionally, integrating a few more specialized job boards would further accelerate candidate sourcing. Overall, however, these shortcomings are quite minor compared to the value the tool provides.
