I really enjoy using the software, mainly because it’s so easy to use and quick to get familiar with. When I first started taking over the EDI workload at my job, I knew nothing about EDI, but after working in the software for a short time, I picked it up pretty easily. Another thing it excels at is how few errors I run into; it seems to just work consistently, which is a huge plus. On top of that, the cost of the product feels well worth it for the amount of time it saves. It works pretty well. All of the EDI files processed go directly into our database and the mapping works flawlessly. We pull the EDI files in from Amazon S3 and directly into the folders that need to process. Sometimes I wish the app were a bit smarter, especially when it comes to map designs. It can feel like getting the mapping to work properly takes a lot of manual effort, and I’d really like to see an AI assistant integrated into the platform to help guide you when you get stuck.
