"Fast, Helpful Tax Support—with a Few Receipt-Upload Hiccups"

What do you like best about 1-800Accountant?

I like being able to quickly reach a team member and get answers, and the AI bot is very good compared to other AI chats. I can get faster, efficient answers to my tax questions, and they’ll file and do a lot of the work for me, which gives me more time to focus on my business. I can upload pictures of my receipts for scanning, which helps streamline that process. The people I’ve spoken with so far, Jonathan and Angela, have been very personable and helpful. What do you dislike about 1-800Accountant?

I haven’t worked with 1-800Accountant long enough to give a comprehensive answer, but the negative Better Business Bureau reviews gave me some concerns. I also wish uploading a receipt automatically uploaded the picture and document with it, because I had to go back and re-upload all my documents to the scanned receipts. What problems is 1-800Accountant solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m launching my business, and 1-800Accountant is helping with my first small-business tax return and hopefully maximizing my return. I can quickly reach a team member or get answers from its AI, while their filing work gives me more time for my business; receipt scanning streamlines the process.
