We review this reliably each week. It helps us stay on top of timesheets and verify any possible incidents, from fender benders to late arrivals. It also makes it easier to plan logistics when coordinating vendor and tenant appointments, and the available format options work well alongside our weekly Excel reports. It’s a vital tool for improving our in-office workflow when it comes to managing field technicians. If someone needs to know where our technicians are in relation to them, they can simply call me for an update, and as a coordinator I rely on this feature daily. The online chat support provides quick help for any technical issues—both AI reps and human reps—though I’ve needed it very little thanks to the software’s overall reliable performance. The user interface is straightforward and easy to explain to new team members, and it lets them explore and learn new features on their own. Overall, it’s well worth the money and an absolute necessity for any business managing a fleet, reasonably priced.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Zonar. Their customer service is consistently excellent and quick to respond whenever we run into an issue or need support. While we do not use extensive direct integrations with other systems, Zonar fits well into our daily transportation operations. I don't believe I have used any AI features within Zonar. My experience has primarily been with the system's transportation management, tracking, and operational tools. The system runs smoothly and efficiently, and we’ve found it to be reliable, straightforward, and easy to use day to day.
