Every single year of the seven I have used zLinq services, spanning my time at two different companies, they have always saved us more than what they charge us. In short they pay for themselves and then some...every. single. year.
As a financial institution we require multiple circuits with diverse carriers at all of our data centers, campuses, and branches. zLinq is with us every step of the way, from gathering quotes from multiple carriers, verifying that our diverse carriers don't cross the same physical path, price negotiations, and then escalations when the carrier inevitably has issues or falls behind schedule. zLinq is also on top of all our circuit, telephone, and mobile bills making sure that what we purchased is there and what we cancelled is removed. They even make sure we get SLA credits for outages which carriers are not known to give out easily.
Onboarding was as easy as sending all our contracts and recent bills for them to analyze and they provided back a diagram of all our circuits and locations. They also provide quarterly savings reports and their portal has made my budgeting exercises a breeze.
Our IT Admin team, which codes and processes all our telecommunications invoices, has threated to leave if we don't keep zLinq. I think that says it all.
One of the most helpful parts of working with zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management is their advocacy on your behalf. As most IT leaders having to navigate the overwhelming carrier and product landscape of telecom services will tell you, half the battle is just knowing the right questions to ask and holding carriers accountable to the customer. zLinq's team of client services managers works closely with all carriers to ensure customers like me don't have to constantly monitor to requests are processed. It's basically a peace of mind partner that allows IT leaders to sleep better at night knowing they're not alone.
I think I like that it's more of a relationship/partnership more than just a 3rd party vendor. It feels like a true VAR. We have taken care of a lot of stuff that was lingering for a very long time. Constant follow ups, weekley meetings, and constant communication really helps keep these types of things on track.
