I love the fact it quickly allows you to screenshot something and send an photo or animated GIF in an email (as a link - hosted in the cloud) rather than as a photo attachment. This works wonders when someone forwards your email and the photos may have disappeared. From a desktop perspective - I love the fact I can just drag a file to the icon and it uploads it and copies the shareable link to my copy/paste. It makes sending files up to 1gb (even zipped folders up to 1gb) super easy. Aside from sending video instructions easily and quickly inside emails (without needing to send attachments) is sharing files between computers. I simply drag a file from one workstation into the CloudApp - seconds later it's uploaded and available to download on my other computer. Basically it's just faster than pluggin in a USB drive - saving me time at least a few times a week.

Once you screen grab or record a short video of your screen it auto uploads to your CloudApp account cutting out a lot of saving, naming, finding, uploading etc.... it shows a dedicated page for the uploaded file and allows comments to be added from people you share it with. Updating the CNAME allows you to use something like help.yourdomain.com/filename which looks very professional to your end users.
