Zefort works end-to-end and removes the need for manual contract archive work. We have integrated it with our contracting process and contracts are automatically sent to Zefort upon signing. We use a third party signing tool. Zefort's AI/search automations categorize our contracts automatically and put them in the correct binders. This allows the correct stakeholders to see them with no manual steps in between. Zefort integrates with our Entra ID user management, so users are automatically created and have the correct rights, no manual setup needed. It is blazing fast. Contracts are easy to find using a clear and effective search function. The user interface is modern and can be configured to suit your workflows. i would describe it as Google-like search for contracts. The pricing model is clear - you can actually view it on their webpage, no vague "contact sales" to get the initial quote. Pricing has been steady over the years, gradual inflation adjustment, no huge price jumps. Zefort support has been phenomenal. Fast, almost immediate responses with effective solutions. They've also incorporated my feedback into the product on several occasions and then kept me up to date on how the feature is rolling out. Essentially, if Zefort doesn't have something I think I genuinely need, I can trust that they will build it, if I just reach out to them.

Relatively easy user interface and intuitive environment. Being main user is easy on the platform and it does not require wide training to be able to use the system. Also our users seem to be liking the system due to its easiness.

What I like best about Zefort is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It simplifies contract management and makes it easy to store, search, and access documents efficiently.
