Zeffy is clear, easy to navigate, and comprehensive—it gives us exactly what we need to get the job done quickly and professionally. Over the two years we’ve used it, we’ve watched it continually evolve and improve. The team communicates well, and I appreciate being able to talk to a real human when I need help. I especially love the newsletter tools, including click rates and heat maps that help us understand how people engage with our messages. Our previous platform was expensive and had so many bells and whistles that I had to take classes and still never came close to mastering it. Zeffy brings together the features we need in a clean, intuitive platform that makes our work easier.

Accessibility for organizations that have continuous capacity and funding needs. Zeffy supports us through every step.

Zeffy is a great CRM where I can see donor history, event attendance and newsletter interactions in one view. It's saved us money instead of using mail chimp or paid ticketing platforms and keeping all the data together is a clear benefit.
