Nice Survey Tool with added Features.
It is a very different kind of tool for surveys. It manages customer satisfaction surveys, Customer Services, or even employee-related surveys. The best thing is that it already has many inbuilt survey questionnaires, and users if required, can add or delete the questions and update the choices of answers as per the business needs. Survey design is excellent and comprises tools and pages, which make the survey design very impressive. The reporting and analysis are filled with graphs and representations and make the user make the decisions seamlessly.

Great survey tool but has its limitations. User friendly interface but limited question types.
Great data analysis and reporting formats. Data pull is very easy from zarca - one click solutions. Some formats like bar chart data pull is so quick and client ready which saves alot of time.
