Agility In the first 2 weeks, we took a MVP approach and delivered a solution with more than enough features to support the initial MVP as to provide feedback for future development and prioritised enhancements for weeks 2-4, including member experience needs and opportunities. Their 'agile' methodology, enabled a more dynamic approach, resulting in frequent deliveries (soft to hard launch), enhanced benefits (stuff we hadn't thought of), more relevant prioritisation and further embedding of 'agile' within Winmark.
