Powerful tool to manage your documents and procedures. We are also using it to enable collaboration within our company and to co-create and enrich documents.
Since XWiki is also a development platform it allows us to develop and implement features we did not think about at the beginning of the project. Our needs are evolving, so is XWiki and this is clearly a good thing from our perspective.

I am working with XWiki solution since one year. It's a great information management tool.
This tool is easy to use and its interface is pleasant. Document management is easy to organize and use. The directory allows to connect each internal and external person. We also use dedicated areas to talk about specific topics. The system encourage employees to communicate better with each other and stimulates the collaboration in the company.
