Rating self-review and taking good reviews from others

We have been using Dockabl, now called 10xperformance, since January 2020. Being a startup, finding a cost-effective solution to address performance management needs was important to us. We found the platform easy to use and have run two successful review cycles. Automating the objective-setting process has helped our employees have visibility of what needs to be accomplished and when, so they can always stay on top of their deliverables. The feedback module is excellent for giving quick feedbacks and consolidating all the feedback in one place, to be referred back later. Automation of these processes has significantly helped us reduce the follow-ups and manage the whole process more efficiently while giving more power to line managers to manage their team’s deliverables.
