When it comes to more complicated coding additions, the admins and experienced users may not always provide a complete step-by-step solution, but they will point you in the right direction — what we often jokingly call “inspiration.” That guidance is usually enough to help solve the problem. And if you still can't get something working, people are willing to help you work through it. In many cases, they not only help solve the issue but also help you become a better coder in the process. The support has always been excellent, and with each new release the software continues to gain more features and some very innovative ways to build applications.
