Exceptional Customer Support

The personalised customer support we’ve received has been fantastic, both during implementation and throughout our ongoing use. Xakia’s team is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback and the product is continually improving. We’ve also found the reporting functionality helpful once you become familiar with it. There are multiple ways to filter and visualise the data captured to draw meaningful insights.

Effortless Legal Management with Outstanding Support

It is extremely easy to use. The support provided to myself and my team from Xakia is absolutely brilliant. not only do they provided support via AI, they also have a team of real life staff members waiting to assist you at every point. Implementing Xakia was very easy. I use it multiple times on a daily basis. I absolutely couldn't do my job now without Xakia. Managing our legal intake matters is now much easier. We have an integration with iManage which is seamless. I absolutely love it.

Could not be happier

This is a beautiful product. It performs exactly as intended, thanks to its intuitive user interface. Unlike many other systems that attempt to address every legal department issue and end up cluttered and overpriced as a result, Xakia stays focused and efficient. Xakia's customer service is outstanding, whether through their FAQ articles, chat, live online support, or our dedicated customer rep. We use Xakia for matter management and spend management. We have not yet used it for intake. Have been a customer for 4+ years (though spend management for just the last few months).
