Wudpecker is super simple to use, and is the solution we didn't know we needed before we started using it. Now it's integral to our business, I can't imagine doing my job without it. It automatically joins my calls, sits in the background and allows me to be fully present in sales meetings. It's also a big time saver, with the AI generated summary, transcript and playback helping me craft my notes and share them with the rest of my team afterwards. It can even do it directly to Hubspot. Wudpecker's perfect for coaching and feedback sessions, as the recordings are easily shared and everyone can watch and understand how a call proceeded. It's way easier to use than other tools of this ilk that I've tried. There's something about the UI and general design that just works. It feels less cluttered and noisy than other competitors. A list of other things I like: - The bot that joins your calls is called " [your name]'s notetaker" which I like. It takes less explaining to the person you are talking to as to why there is another account on the line. This is in contrast to calling the bot "Wudpecker assistant" or something like that, which I've seen other companies do. - It's easy to save and use your custom templates - It's easy to toggle the bot off if you don't want it to join a call - It's super easy to sync it up with your calendar - It seamlessly integrates with Hubspot - It generates AI call summaries that are surprisingly good. I wouldn't use them without some editing, but they can definitely be shared as is in a pinch and someone would get the gist of the call. - It's easy to playback the call video recording

Before Wudpecker I as a sales leader had very limited visibility into the sales conversations we were having if I didn't participate in the meetings myself. But participating in every sales meeting takes way too much time. And the notes in CRM were sometimes very brief and it was almost impossible to coach sales reps on the cases. When we started using Wudpecker this changed and I got clear visibility into all of the sales meetings we're having. It's great to review calls and see what was actually discussed and identify coaching opportunities (i.e. "why did you ask that? Do you think you could have done this differently, if yes then how?"). It's also a key part of monitoring the quality of the conversations we're having, and keeping an eye on the customer experience as a whole. I like the best that Wudpecker is extremely low-effort and easy to use. It saves a lot of my time, period.
