Amazing tool to generate insightful feedback from your team anonymously!
Incognito allows our team to deliver direct positive and (more often) negative feedback via Slack without concerns about any impact on their job. This opens up the communication channel more fully and fosters deeper conversations with the team. We have already experienced a strong impact from the tool. In one case, what started as anonymous feedback became an open discussion that lead to a significant change for our business. In another, an employee was able to share concerns about mental health that will result in changes to our healthcare plan. Having these conversations would be much more difficult directly with the team members. We love the tool!

It's great to allow team members to send management feedback and have it be anonymous. We've looked at Google Forms but wasn't as easy to manage while this plugs right into Slack.
