The WP Umbrella team is always innovating, working hard to improve their product. Customer support is great; the team is very responsive. They offer a migration service but implementation was so simple, I was able to do it myself.

The set of features are awesome, the pricing is extremely reasonable (even for countries with struggling economy standards) and the team is really responsive and always bringing solutions to the table. They are always listening to their users and shaping the product with user feedback at a great pace. That's some new fresh energy from a growing company that the competitors already lost. It's super easy to use and implement, scalable and the user experience is great.

I really like the simple but great UX design. Everything just makes sense. I also really love that they are continuing the development of the software. It just keeps getting better and better. Like 3 months ago they also added a FTP connection to be able to restore back-up. I have asked about this feature in the past because not every customer of mine is on my servers with SFTP. So i could not restore back-ups using WP Umbrella. It is great to see they took this feedback and the feedback of the customers and actually do something with it. Also the customer support is great and very helpfull!
