I'm a developer and the way WotNot's easy to use interface works is very impressive. The ease of implementation and integration by just copying and pasting some simple html is nice. One of the features I really like is the way you can train the AI model. Just adding URLs and off it goes to learn. Also their customer support and videos has been very helpful. I look forward to presenting this solution to my upper management. I see lots of potential in how it can assist us with our high volume of customers.

When you’re ready to put the working chatbot on your website, you simply install one line of code under the body tag. From there, you can keep making updates to the content and flows of the chatbot on the WotNot dashboard, without updating the code on your website. There are many features with calendars, team selections, and human handoffs. WotNot also integrates directly into Google, WhatsApp and Slack.
