Exactly what we needed

Access from my phone, I'm always on the go so I like not having to bring my computer with me to get caught up. It's easy to use and great to have my work contacts organized in one spot that's separate from my phone contact list.

Makes working remote so much easier

Workzoom is super easy to use and intuitive. I work from home a lot so being able to access my information online makes keeping track of how many vacation days I have left quick and convenient. Although its a small feature, I really love that I get reminders of coworkers birthdays and anniversaries which helps me feel connected to my team when I'm not physically in the office everyday. And the smart to do lists helps me know and track which tasks I have not yet completed or are due soon.

One HR Solution to accomplish all our needs

Nortek has a very comprehensive solution that addresses the needs of our organization and then some. We are currently working on implementing CoreHR, Leave Management, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Clocking, and Recruiting. We are excited to provide our employees and managers with visibility to work schedules and leave balances. We have some segments of our workforce that require specific clocking and time rules, so we will be using the system to accurately capture time for these segments.
