Overall, Workwize's platform has useful features, but the day-to-day support experience has been consistently frustrating enough that I wouldn't recommend them. Key issues:
We've had issues with slow, unreliable order fulfilments. Hardware orders take a long time and the quoted times are too long, with delays regularly pushing past an already long lead time.
We'e had laptops showing as "delivered" but not appearing in stock, forcing the team to burn through buffer stock we wouldn't normally touch.
Automation/buffer-stock logic has previously backfired. Restock automations meant to keep stock topped up instead re-trigger repeatedly when delayed laptops don't arrive, causing over-ordering and overspending.
Apple Business Manager enrolment gaps. Multiple recurring incidents of devices arriving without ABM/DEP enrolment, blocking onboarding, this is is a risk area that we haven't seen with other suppliers.
Although the chat support function can be quick with an initial response, getting actual support is long winded and inconsistent usually resulting in an email thread that receives follow ups days later (this isn't appropriate when querying late deliveries, as we have onboardings that are taking place with set start dates). Requests routinely get lost between agents, with context dropped along the way, having cases moving between several different support agents where some of the original context was lost is frustrating. Teams end up chasing Workwize support too regularly just to get updates.
Order/data accuracy issues. Devices mislabelled by keyboard layout making them unfindable when ordering, lack of ability to adjust asset details to make it easier for the team to review and a rigid address-verification loop that's previously blocked urgent shipments.
Bottom line is the platform's feature set looks good on paper, but operationally the combination of fulfilment delays, ABM enrolment failures, and support friction has created real onboarding risk and extra admin burden for the team. We wouldn't recommend Workwize until they can show sustained improvement in delivery reliability and support responsiveness.
The fact that you can Onboard and Offboard employees from within the same platform, have an inventory of your assets and who is assigned what and also the ability to either purchase from their suppliers or else to ship from your suppliers directly to their warehouses.
