Information is readily available on all previous hires and the system is speedy to navigate. The support is always quick to reply and gives great help any time it is needed - weather that is for ourselves querying a situation or for freelancers wanting to understand specific details.

I like the ease of use of Worksome. Since I already submitted all the documentation at the time I registered on the platform, when a job is offered and I sign the contract to accept the proposal, it becomes very simple to request payment. After that, I just wait for the client's approval to receive it directly into my account, without needing to send or submit any other document. The integration of Worksome with the platform used by the client (BWX) also speeds up the entire payment process, which flows quickly and easily. Additionally, I had a question during onboarding that was answered by the support team in less than 24 hours!
