I also appreciate that the assessment takes only 35-40 minutes for the candidate, which reduces candidate drop off compared to other assessments we've used that took 1.5 hours or more. Plus, Wonderlic warns us if the candidate answers are inconsistent, indicating they may be trying to manipulate the results. Wonderlic is incredibly easy and fast to use; we just select the job, and it compares our candidate against thousands of data points.
