I like how easy it is to modify the content we want to train Wonderchat for and how easy it is to monitor the chat logs and correct answers when necessary. It provides us with the feedback loop we desire, so we can keep improving the bot's knowledge. It's also valuable to ensure our content is reliable and accurate, offering the ability to train the bot solely on our own content. Wonderchat lets us create a support engineer persona relatable to our audience, and our customers find the technical support and troubleshooting helpful. It's also super easy to set up. Their support team is also the best that i have worked with, they are very easy to receive feedback on product improvements and willing to collaborate to develop the product with customers. I really apprecaite their human support, even though their SW is AI bot.

The role-prompt system is the standout; we run a property-management assistant serving two audiences (renters and property owners), and the ability to enforce hard rules (exact prices, restricted breeds, name discretion) keeps the bot honest in a way most chatbots aren't. The FAQ CSV import and Claude Sonnet Extended context handle nuanced questions well. Support has been genuinely responsive - Luke helped us close out a listing-hallucination issue quickly and even purged rented properties from the knowledge base site-wide.
