Ease of use is always key, GrowerIQ is powerful yet simple to use excellent support and onboarding

GrowerIQ is simple to use whilst providing all the tracking, reports and organization of batch reports easily with a few clicks of a button. The software needs very little onboarding and has AI report generation ability for custom forms. Their After sales support has been excellent which has allowed us to seamlessly integrate and move forward with our GACP certification and improve our internal operations and management.

User friendly software with amazing support

My personal GrowerIQ rep (Ian)and the development team have been great to work with. Any problem or any mistake I’ve ever made has been handled quickly. I often have them double-check my numbers before audits, and I can count on them to be on call if I’m backed into a corner and need information fast. I’ve made plenty of blunders, and they’ve always been able to talk me through them or fix them. Our rep is also proactive and pulls our Health Canada reports to check for errors before we do.

The software is straight forward to navigate and use providing us with more time to focus on actual production and the marketing of our brand. Our one on one customer support time with our Grower IQ tech person has also been first notch, and a Godsend!
