Compared to its biggest competitors, Wheelhouse is much more transparent. That transparency is one of the signals that gives me trust that it is a more advanced product. I’m able to dive into as much detail as I want, customize the things that are important or that I want to test, and still leverage as many of the very easy-to-use recommended features. There's a lot of optionality in terms of what parts you're using the recommendation engine for and what parts you want to customize specifically. Setting up Wheelhouse was relatively easy — the support team was and still is incredible. I was able to set up a call with someone who walked me through all of my questions, stayed with me as long as I needed, and helped me configure the settings exactly how I wanted. Even after the initial setup, whenever I had questions, I could get a hold of a real person really fast, often a minute or less.
