What I like best about WhatConverts is the customer service. I am usually in a rush and don’t have time to dig through a help center, so the live chat is perfect for me. The agents are always helpful and go above and beyond just giving me an answer. They actually fix the problem, even when it is self-inflicted. They also link the right help center articles so I can reference them later. If someone is not available to chat, I almost always get an email response within an hour. The help center articles themselves are well written and easy to follow. The UI is intuitive, clean, and simple, which makes using the platform straightforward. I am utilizing the information daily, and appreciate the live updates that come in as email notifications.
