Wflow is a cloud-based platform for automating financial document workflows and company spend, used by finance and accounting teams in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia. The platform captures incoming documents from email, mobile, web upload, API, Google Drive, and SharePoint, and uses AI/OCR to extract and validate data automatically. Documents route through configurable, multi-level approval workflows based on rules such as amount, cost center, or partner, with parallel approval, delegation, and full audit trail. Wflow supports the full purchase cycle. Purchase orders can be approved and checked against budget before they are created, and are automatically matched against incoming invoices and payments. Budgeting features let teams track planned versus actual spend in real time, with expenses automatically assigned to the relevant budget. Corporate physical and virtual cards are linked directly to the system, with transactions and receipts matched automatically and spend controlled before posting. Wflow also supports Peppol e-invoicing for structured invoice exchange. The platform connects to 50+ ERP and accounting systems, including SAP, DATEV, POHODA, ABRA, Money S3–S5, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Data is hosted in EU data centers, with ISO 27001 certification, GDPR compliance, SSO, and two-factor authentication. Wflow is used by more than 10,000 companies and 13,000 users, processing over 550,000 documents per month.
