It’s a holistic platform that really helps employees grow. The 1 on 1 coaching is a great way to get the best out of employees, they can even filter on coaching themes (including mental health or productivity, anything you can think of, even spiritual).

What I liked most about Wellness Coach was the opportunity to connect with colleagues in a meaningful and supportive way. The friendly conversations created a safe space to grow. But more importantly, it gave me access to powerful self-help opportunities. Through the program, I met my life coach. I completed my first 13-week journey and am now in my third session of another 13-week action plan. This experience has helped me grow emotionally, become more self-aware, and take intentional steps toward becoming the best version of myself.

The Platform is easy to use. It is attractive to an eye and the integration for a beginner is spontaneous. There are so many options of sessions with interesting themes that it is hard to manage to participate in all of them.
