I love the rage of options that Wellness Coach provides in one app. The fitness videos offer a variety of challenges and growth through yoga, pilates, kickboxing and more with short to intense classes to fit into my packed schedule. The nutrition tracker keeps me on point with areas I need to target for nutrition (and actually makes it easy to enter your food or picture of the label) and I love the meditation and sounds tracks to reset during a hectic day. I also decided to invest in myself and signed up for coaching - I've only had two sessions but am very impressed! My coach is fantastic and has been working with me to help me feel my best! I will definitely be continuing my sessionsn!
