I manage 50+ international client accounts. The context switching between them is where things fall through the cracks. Showing up to a call without a clear picture of what we tested last quarter, or what's still open from the previous conversation.
WeFlow fixed this. I ask it for a brief on any account and get back what we last discussed, what we ran, what's unresolved, pulled from my actual calls and emails in seconds. I don't reconstruct the history before each meeting; I just read it.
Across 50+ accounts, that changes how you operate.
The feature I like the most is the meeting recording which afterwards give me an accurate summary and coaching more my next meetings. It helps to recap what points that I missed out on or that require my most urgent actions.
I like that I can pull up any client call and check what we actually agreed. I have a good memory, but I still miss things sometimes: a quote, something that was said, a number, a date, a budget cap, a brief. In a conversation I can be fully engaged and still let details slip by the next afternoon.
Weflow's recordings, transcripts, follow-ups and evaluations are incredibly valuable. So when I wonder "wait, what did we agree on?" it's never something I have to ask the client.
