you can easily invite attendees to your webinar, which u cant do in zoom unless the user has registered for it. I really loved how straightforward the webinar setup process is. Starting from signing up the account , all the instructions were clear enough to direct you. the dashboard screen had both dark and night mode unlike Zoom; making it user friendly. Although, the onboarding tutorial was a bit confusing to me. However, all the features in dashboard is navigation intuitive with clear categories like attendance, presentation content, interactions, Q&A session. Moreover, joining the trial webinar was so easy and simple but to find the trail option took a long time in my desktop. When I compare it with zoom, i would say WebinarGeek is the best. Surprisingly, WebinarGeek has very strong CRM & integration system compared with Teams. Overall, I'm happy with the tool, though I'd love to see more customization options like a drag-and-drop page builder. Also making the scheduling a meeting process easier. I felt it little confusing.

WebinarGeek is very easy to navigate, even for first time users. I found the setup process simple, and creating and scheduling webinars does not take much time. Managing registrations, attendees and follow-ups are also straightforward, which makes the platform easy to use on a daily basis.

The in-session controls are what I use most; opening and closing the chat when needed, and running polls during the webinar without any extra tools is super useful. It exceeds the value of the monthly payment really, as the extensions to perform the collectives in this tool; cost a lot more separately than it would on this subscription; along with a very unique design that makes everything easier, highly recommended.
