Our practice has come to rely on Waystar in so many ways. I do believe that one of the most effective ways is in boosting our revenue. Waystar shows us in advance where our claims have issues that need attention before going out to the insurance companies, eliminating the denied or timely filing problems that we might not be aware of until it's too late to fix. The eligibility function is most useful; instead of searching multiple websites for up-to-date insurance information, it's all in one spot and easy to use. Researching claims and seeing EOBs is another function that we use often when we have a dispute with insurance companies. These are just a few of the many functions you can find within Waystar that make it a ONE STOP SHOP for any practice that does its own in-house billing and wants to keep on top of their revenue and all things related to it.
