Wallester’s Live Transaction Feed Made Fixing Card Declines Fast and Easy

Half of our marketing team's virtual card start getting declined because we hit some default velocity limit we didn't even know exist. I logged into Wallester and pulled up live transaction feed and within second i could see exactly which card were blocked and why. I adjusted daily spend cap and per transaction limit right there, no waiting for approval, no calling support. Within five minute cards were live again.

Audit-Ready Reporting Made Easy with Wallester

Transaction tagging and audit trail feature really stood out for me. Last quarter Dutch tax authority asked for detailed breakdown of all employee expense for past year and I remember that because in our old system we're cross reference receipt and bank statement for days. With Wallester I just went into reporting dashboard, filtered by date and category, exported CSV with merchant detail, VAT breakdown, timestamp of each Authorization. Took maybe 10 minute. Made me look like rockstar to our auditor.

Fast Virtual Card Issuance with Real-Time Spend Control

Virtual card issuance and real time control are really useful for us. Last quarter we had marketing campaign across six european countries and i could spin up individual virtual cards for each agency in minutes. No more waiting days for physical cards or asking CEO for spending limits. Dashboard shows live spending and i can pause card if i see unusual activity. One contractor went overboard with facebook ads and i caught it fast. Its nice not getting surprised by bills at month end.
