It's very easy to get our messages and keep track of specific Customer Requests!

In the world of franchising, many tech vendors are all flash and no substance, selling franchisors technology that is years behind the curve with poor support and weak features. That’s not the case with Voxie—this company is one of, if not the best, vendors I’ve ever worked with. Their text messaging platform has saved our support team countless hours and brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. On top of that, Voxie’s team is comprised of friendly professionals who get the job done and answer questions quickly. They’ve never left me or my team in the lurch. Voxie is my gold standard when it comes to vendors. If you’re not using them as your text messaging solution, you’re making a mistake.

Platform is easy to use, integration was seamless and quick, and our Customer Success Manager is extremely helpful. Shout out to Melissa!
